“Stewarts House of Vacuums have been in business since I can't remember when. Customer service is the first priority. I had never bought anything from them and needed a repair done on my old vacuum. I walked in expecting to pay $$ and to my great surprise and delight they fixed the problem right then and there, Gave me new parts and they wouldn't take any money for their services. WOW. “I have never had an issue with them they are always so nice so polite and friendly. Always worked with me with any late payments and always empathic to my situation ( it’s been a lot of medical things happen the past two years) always let my boyfriend pay or discuss the account and never pushed to repo they would rather you keep the item then take it back like rent a center! Both gen managers were delightful and love Brice now he is amazing and more then happy to help you get on track then to take back the item great place great people and wonderful understanding! Definitely 10 out of 10 strongly recommend them for any big purchase!!!!!!”

“The Billings Home Depot is my go-to store for project materials, tools and even lawn and garden. This trip was all about outfitting my new home with some often-used tools, a couple flashlights and some new outlets. I have to solder a couple items so I found a nice soldering kit there as well. The sales folks are very friendly and were able to help me out immediately for the few items I couldn’t get to. The store was clean. I got lucky and it wasn’t too busy when I went. Got a project? Need tools? Gonna build something big? Home Depot is a great place to start. Be safe in all your efforts with their wide selection of safety gear as well.”

“I want to say a HUGE Thank you to the emergency tech for her help last night in the Lockwood area! She helped even though there was nothing she could do in trying to figure out a heating issue. She was very pleasant and asked about the water line breaking and heat not working. She stayed on the line until another company called me back! So thank you so much for your help and time!!”

“As a tech savvy person I have never encountered a problem with this Best Buy, the customer service is in line with what I expect as a tech store goes. They are always busy as they are one of the few tech stores in the area, so they are always dealing with something while trying to inventory product. I have noticed that some of the frustrations of the customers come from being tech illiterate in the area, so maybe a focus on customer relations and educating from the employees could be focused on more. That being said that is a hard thing to train and takes time. My only concern with this Best Buy is the lack of PC parts but that's only because it's one of the only stores that are selling them. They value is about what you expect in Best Buy, but they run deals so that's a plus. I like it, it's a good stop. The people have been nice to me :)”
