“I've been taking my dog here for over 8 years and had nothing but top-notch care for my boy. I unfortunately had to have him put down a few weeks back, and the staff were so kind throughout the whole experience. The hospital has a separate room for saying goodbye to your pet that is comfortable and quiet, and for me it made all the difference to feel like I could take my time to say goodbye and not feel rushed. They even sent me a sympathy card in the mail afterwards signed by most of the staff and the vets that was handwritten and so thoughtful. The staff here clearly love and care about animals and it shows through all that they do. They really made a very difficult time go just a little bit smoother for me.”

“We had to put our dog to sleep. Call FAH we had never been there but Dr. Chipperfield as so kind to Sadie. Spent time with her, talking to her & petting her. Talked to us and if she knew us forever, reassuring us we were doing the right thing for Sadie. She was so compassionate to us. If (or when) I get another dog, I will take her to Dr. Chipperfield. Other vet's I have been to didn't make me feel they really care about my dog or me. I highly recommend the Family Animal Hospital to anyone that wants a place that truly cares for your pet and treats you with respect and not like just another customer. I was provided with several options for my Monster (6ish year old cat). They had what I needed in the office and I was able to order the one thing they were out of to be delivered to my home, saving me a trip. This office was recommended to me and I will definitely recommend it to others.”

They have been so patient with all my questions I call them for with Nala's diabetes. They try to save you money as well, and we know how much vet visits and treatment can cost , and Ashley there is so awesome and helpful .
