“I love love love this Banfield location. Everyone there is always kind to me and more tolerant of my terrible elderly cat than he sometimes deserves. He's extremely rude to the staff and they seem to find it charming, which is great for him especially when they bribe him with treats. We started taking our cats there 4 or 5 years ago, when my guy Moose had a little conjunctivitis. A couple of visits later he was diagnosed with diabetes which frankly never would have happened if they hadn't sold us on the care plan and gotten him in for a comprehensive exam. I feel like getting a handle on it early has probably given me a few more years with my best little buddy. We loved Dr. Eschmann and we miss her but Dr. Kern is also AMAZING. She keeps a good eye on these awful creatures and helps me give them their best little lives.”

“Family Pet Hospital was one of my favorite vets to take my cats to, and I was so sad to lose them upon moving away from the St. Louis area.Dr. Collins was friendly and so good with both of my cats whenever they needed to go for annual checkups and vaccinations. She would help both animals feel at ease during their visits. If either cats had health issues or needed medications, setting up an appointment or requesting medicine was an easy phone call to the front desk. The receptionists are super friendly and helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend this place 10x over in trusting them with your pet's health!”

To be honest, things really haven't changed that much, I still think Dr. Gardner is awesome and I like the fact that they also practice holistic medicine. The entire staff is passionate about what they do and you can see the love they have for their patients. I recently had a very sick boy and made frequent calls to their office and they had so much patience with me. In the end, I had to make the call and lead my boy across the Rainbow Bridge and they were so kind and showed so much compassion towards me. I had an emergency and needed to board my dog for the Christmas holiday weekend. Took her to Vetco because she had an appointment, and they made up some random excuse why they couldn't give her a shot she needed. I called Brentwood Animal Hospital, and Michelle and the rest of the team were life savers. Chanel, my dog, was able to get her shot, and the vet she saw said that the next time she has to come, he would order her something to calm her down. “Dr. Bruce and his staffs thorough service on my English Labrador was ABOVE and beyond any service my previous pets received at VCA hospitals. The ladies at the VCA said his booty glands didn't need expressing. Dr. Bruce found his anal glands very much needed to be expressed. He recognized his allergies & got him on meds & recommended some topical shampoo to help. VCA doctor barely touched him & barely spent 2 seconds looking in his ears. Dr. Bruce found some very painful looking ear infections. Just like with human doctors, don't settle for less for your loved ones. My Scooby Doo is so much happier & can sleep better without always itching & licking. Thank you Dr Bruce & staff ?”
