“First of all, we really liked the guy who helped us with our tree and there was such a nice selection. We all loved the cat who jumped in our van and tried to come home with us. ? We moved here from Washington state where you'd think we'd have great trees! But my husband was blown away by the quality of the tree we got from Daniel's. It stayed hydrated the entire Christmas season and there's hardy any needles falling off while we are taking it down now. We also love how they all have names and we love the "ornament" that came with the tree! We got "Simon" which is also the name of our elf on the shelf which made it really special. We were actually thinking about going with a fake tree next year but Daniel's was such a good experience, we will be back again next year!”

Jerry in the appliance department was so helpful, hilarious and just a joy to chat with. He was very educated in the brands and appliances that he was showing us. We bought a new fridge and a washer & dryer, what a pleasant experience it was too. We also stopped over to grab a door lock and had a question for another employee, Steve. He was honest and helpful. We greatly appreciated his input. The employees were so friendly and helpful which is such a welcome change from what we were used to in Florida. We look forward to having this Home Depot as our regular home improvement stop. Thanks so much to Jerry and Steve!”

“Jacob was so pleasant. I love that I could bring my baby into the store with me and they were so kind and even gave him some treats The staff was so nice and everyone was very engaging, especially with it being so close to the holidays. They were still eager to help with all the chaos going amongst the store. If you don't have the app, I highly recommend getting it it tells you exactly where every item is from the aisle down to the bay, which the bay tells you exactly where the item is on the shelf It's perfect, so my husband can make a wish list and I can find items easily for gifts!”

“I came in for multiple items. I asked several people for help as i was walking around trying to find everything. Most of what i needed was in stock and i was able to substitute something similar for everything else. Everyone i talked to was friendly and helpful, but the person that helped me the most was cashier Beatrice. She was extremely helpful in setting me up with the credit card which saved me money. She was efficient and pleasant and kind. I had commented how hot i was getting and she bought forward her fan to direct it on me as i waited to finish. Her thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated.
