“My fairly new Washer & Dryer were both making a lot of noise and they were past the initial manufacturer warranty. Tyler came out and took a look at both and determined what was needed to fix the issues and ordered the parts. He called as soon as the parts came in and was back out to fix them ASAP. Pleased to say that they are both working as they should and are noise free. Very happy with the service I received.”

Jerry in the appliance department was so helpful, hilarious and just a joy to chat with. He was very educated in the brands and appliances that he was showing us. We bought a new fridge and a washer & dryer, what a pleasant experience it was too. We also stopped over to grab a door lock and had a question for another employee, Steve. He was honest and helpful. We greatly appreciated his input. The employees were so friendly and helpful which is such a welcome change from what we were used to in Florida. “Jacob was so pleasant. I love that I could bring my baby into the store with me and they were so kind and even gave him some treats The staff was so nice and everyone was very engaging, especially with it being so close to the holidays. They were still eager to help with all the chaos going amongst the store. If you don't have the app, I highly recommend getting it it tells you exactly where every item is from the aisle down to the bay, which the bay tells you exactly where the item is on the shelf It's perfect, so my husband can make a wish list and I can find items easily for gifts!”

Customer service is always fast and friendly and there are always deals to be found and the frequent emails they send to members keep me updated so I can be sure to shop when the best deals are being offered. The store is always clean too.”

“I came in for multiple items. I asked several people for help as i was walking around trying to find everything. Most of what i needed was in stock and i was able to substitute something similar for everything else. Everyone i talked to was friendly and helpful, but the person that helped me the most was cashier Beatrice. She was extremely helpful in setting me up with the credit card which saved me money. She was efficient and pleasant and kind. I had commented how hot i was getting and she bought forward her fan to direct it on me as i waited to finish. Her thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated.
