“Jacob was so pleasant. I love that I could bring my baby into the store with me and they were so kind and even gave him some treats The staff was so nice and everyone was very engaging, especially with it being so close to the holidays. They were still eager to help with all the chaos going amongst the store. If you don't have the app, I highly recommend getting it it tells you exactly where every item is from the aisle down to the bay, which the bay tells you exactly where the item is on the shelf It's perfect, so my husband can make a wish list and I can find items easily for gifts!”

“If you told me the staff here were robots or on happy pills, I would believe you. The staff are so friendly it is almost unhuman and unnatural to be that nice working in public retail. I am amazed at how friendly they always are. That tells me they have good managers and good training (or at least I hope!)”

“I came in for multiple items. I asked several people for help as i was walking around trying to find everything. Most of what i needed was in stock and i was able to substitute something similar for everything else. Everyone i talked to was friendly and helpful, but the person that helped me the most was cashier Beatrice. She was extremely helpful in setting me up with the credit card which saved me money. She was efficient and pleasant and kind. I had commented how hot i was getting and she bought forward her fan to direct it on me as i waited to finish. Her thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated.
