“Hobby Lobby is the biggest craft and home store that I'm aware of in the area. I'm not a super crafter or decorator but I like to pop in and see what they have from time to time.This location is always clean, items are where they should be and I can typically find an employee for assistance when I need it.They change out their seasonal sections quickly and have a lot of unique selections for decorating and baking which I am interested in.My last few visits I was able to pick up some cool seasonal baking items. I was also shopping for a plain photo album that you load pictures directly into but selection was limited. It's mainly scrapbooks here.They run sales frequently and it's typically 1/2 off... so if I come in and an item I want it not on sale, I'll come back the next week or two and it will usually be on sale. I never pay full price here if I can avoid it.”

“I love this store. A walk in every time you go to Mid Rivers Mall. Friendly staff, store always clean and clutter free. Inventory is eclectic, bright and original. FYI pretty pricey but it's worth the time to browse and wish lol”

“Got here super early Sunday morning right when they opened. Two girls greeted us. One helped us with a hook to reach this jersey high up to try on. We maybe spent a half hr here looking at everything. Wish they had a bigger stl or Missouri section. Bf bought a tumbler for work. Spent 30$”

From the time I entered the store until the time I left, I was greeted by several sales associates who were SO helpful and answered all my questions. “I placed an online order and within 10 minutes I received a call from Rob to confirm my order. I was needing furniture for a display room within a few days, when speaking with Rob I learned the furniture I ordered would take a week to receive. I explained to Rob that I was needing furniture prior to a week and he went out of his way to make sure I got it within the timeframe I needed. I received a text from Rob the day before the scheduled delivery with a time frame and my furniture arrived within the window I was given. The men who delivered the furniture were also very courteous and even setup the furniture for me and made sure it was placed where I wanted it. Rob then followed up with a text to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase, delivery, and setup. Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, but Rob renewed my faith that companies do care about the customer experience. I look forward to working with Rob and Midwest again in the future. If you need good quality furniture, at a reasonable price or even in a hurry, Rob is your guy!
