“I placed an online order and within 10 minutes I received a call from Rob to confirm my order. I was needing furniture for a display room within a few days, when speaking with Rob I learned the furniture I ordered would take a week to receive. I explained to Rob that I was needing furniture prior to a week and he went out of his way to make sure I got it within the timeframe I needed. I received a text from Rob the day before the scheduled delivery with a time frame and my furniture arrived within the window I was given. The men who delivered the furniture were also very courteous and even setup the furniture for me and made sure it was placed where I wanted it. Rob then followed up with a text to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase, delivery, and setup. Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, but Rob renewed my faith that companies do care about the customer experience. “Our sale associate worked diligently to satisfy our needs. Absolutely zero pressure through the entire process. Much time spent helping to select the correct style and fit for the two of us. When I asked about construction, he grappled a chair off the floor, flipped it upside down and explained the construction completely. I’m an engineer so it’s hard to satisfy me. He did so completely, answering all of my questions. We came back the next day and completed the sale. A little pricey. However after all the discussions, the value is obvious and definitely worth the price.”

Susan from St. Charles Decorating Center listened to my issue and brainstormed with me on the phone and then even talked to the store manager later in the day and called me back with a solution that worked! I am very impressed with the community service!”

“I can across this gem online looking for dollhouse supplies. Walking in and seeing all the tiny items was refreshing. This place has everything you'll ever need and they offer classes! “Hobby Lobby is the biggest craft and home store that I'm aware of in the area. I'm not a super crafter or decorator but I like to pop in and see what they have from time to time.This location is always clean, items are where they should be and I can typically find an employee for assistance when I need it.They change out their seasonal sections quickly and have a lot of unique selections for decorating and baking which I am interested in.My last few visits I was able to pick up some cool seasonal baking items. I was also shopping for a plain photo album that you load pictures directly into but selection was limited. It's mainly scrapbooks here.They run sales frequently and it's typically 1/2 off... so if I come in and an item I want it not on sale, I'll come back the next week or two and it will usually be on sale. I never pay full price here if I can avoid it.”

“I love both the Olive Tree Market Place and their Christmas Store at The Meadow. These are my favorite places to shop for the seasons and holidays. The staff is exceptional, professional, available to help with anything you are looking for, friendly and welcoming without hovering. But today, today they reminded me how kind and caring they are for their customers. I had shopped at both stores for their Holiday Open House this weekend and their selection and displays were awesome. Early this morning I realized a very sentimental ring wasn’t on my finger. I was panicked, thinking it had come off while I was sleeping and in the bedding somewhere. It was not. I looked everywhere. I decided to call them; Karli was so kind and offered to look in their store and to call the Christmas Store. Not five minutes later she called and said they had found my ring the night before! Amazing! I went to the Christmas Store and when I was given my ring, tears of joy and hugs of gratitude ensued. They were as happy as me! Someone said it was a Godwink. I knew it was. That Christmas store is huge!!! I went to the other store and thanked Karli for helping me, her kind, caring phone conversation that helped bring my ring back to me. I can never thank them all enough. So please, visit their stores, support their local small business. They are truly good people with two amazing stores stocked with so many wonderful things for everyone! You will not be disappointed. Thank you Olive Tree Market Place!!”

“Love the antique mall, very well organized and plenty of items to see. But...I had found the perfect little bedside table and decided to inquire about making an offer to the vendor as I do at most antique stores. Jamie, the clerk, was very rude and unprofessional, replying in a "snappy" manner " you know you are shopping I Chesterfield"( well la-di-da) and "we don't contact vendors unless it's above $75, that's our policy and not changing it today after 20 years."(didn't ask you to Jamie) I decided not to purchase the table that day. Next day went back because I really loved this little table, the gentleman that waited on me was very friendly. Jamie was also there. I let him know about the conversation and rude attitude with his co-worker the previous day and he apologized and thanked me for my business. Jamie must have overheard our conversation and became so friendly...too late for friendliness Jamie, in your business that should be an everyday thing!”
