Annette kindly assisted us through the process, then remembered details about the order to assist us again when it arrived. We were recently back in the store and had started to check out, but then wanted to add an item. Trinity and the manager were accommodating and encouraged us to take our time.”

Backstage also carries decor items like frames,pictures,mirrors, candles, statues; household items like pans, bowls, forks,knives, measure cups, coffee cups. “Love going here to check out swimsuits and outfits. They don’t seem to have as large of selection as use to and only allow you to try 1 to 2 items at time so little hassle. It’s bit expensive and overpriced but I recommend it and will continue to shops there for unique clothing.”

“I've always had good experiences at this JCPenney's. The customer service at the fine jewelry counter is friendly, and yes everyone is short staffed so there's just one person working that department, but all you need is to be a bit patient. People are so impatient these days. Slow down a little and look around you, window shop, take a deep breath. If you are in a rush because you didn't give yourself enough time to find what you want, it's not the associate's fault. I was the first customer in today so I was helped right away and was quickly shown the stud earrings my mom wanted at 70% off plus she told me I could double down with a 25% off coupon. Purchased a lifetime warranty because it is so worth it and the cost is proportionate to the cost of the jewelry. The store is very clean and well stocked and sales are going on all the time. You can always find some great deals and they also carry name brands. I always feel safe at the Mid Rivers Mall store and parking lot. Their back to school sales are incredible and a great place to shop with your children.”

“My daughter wanted to go here to look for an outfit for senior pictures. Overall she found 2 very cute and not too pricey outfits and we have a good experience. Sarah helped us with opinions and checking out - she was social, friendly, told us about store offerings and let us know they are hiring and offer a discount for employees. Other employees were not so helpful - while my daughter was in the dressing room, I went to get a different size of a jumper... I asked an employee for help because the item was up high - she acted very put out and then called another employee over to do it because "she thinks someone is yelling her name" - I heard nothing...”

“I had bought several dresses at Macy's & one slipped off its hanger unbeknownst to me while I walked to another store in the mall. I thought it was gone forever when I got home to discover it was missing! The manager, Eli, was able to locate the missing dress & he contacted me. All the effort he put into correcting the situation is very much appreciated and shows a level of professionalism seldom seen nowadays. I will be shopping here more often! I highly recommend this store!!”
