“I am currently preparing to apply to live at One Cardinal Way. But before I do that I have to express how helpful and patient Alicia the Leasing Professional has been with me! She has been on top of things since we first spoke all the way up to now. I highly recommend requesting to work with her if you are planning on applying to live at One Cardinal Way!”
“I’ve lived here a while now and Karen Lamar in the leasing office is always ready to help. When I’m not able to get my package from the main office before they close she has been kind enough to help me out and put it outside for me. She is also very knowledgable and has answered my many questions about my lease.”
“Jody at Gallery 720 is an asset. I travel for work often and it’s so nice to come back to a quiet, safe, and well managed building. Any maintenance issue was taken care of so quickly. I love the 24 hr security team at the front desk including Ms. Lily.”
“Wonderful staff, excellent maintenance and great location. Unfortunately, it was not accessible for my partner, who uses a wheelchair, to get in and out of the building. Thank you!”
“I love Lewis and Clark Apartments, the paperwork was a lot but everything will be worth the process. The leasing manager Mrs Smith was very nice and helpful. I can’t wait to move here and become part of the Lewis and Clark family.”
“I have been living here for over a month now (moved here for grad school), and I am beyond happy with my experience! I love my renovated apartment and all the awesome amenities, plus the staff are all so nice! Great location & security. Only complaint is the price of laundry, but not the end of the world when you consider the price of rent here compared to other places”
“Living in 3949, has been a great experience, the building has great amenities like the patio, outside bbq, social room with pin pong tables and billiard tables. Service wise, the staff is very friendly, always available and ready to help with any situation that might arise. It’s on a great location, 5 minutes from the busier part of the CWE, and 10 min from main sport and event venues in downtown.”
“I love living here! My neighbors are all nice and the pool is incredible in the summer. Parking is secure and I haven’t had any issues but keep in mind, it is the city. Maddie has been there for years and we all love her and the recent change in management has been a nice change from the prior company.”
“Had to leave due to new ownership not renewing leases, but they handled my departure very well. Lived here for two years and loved it. Beautiful space, good office staff, responsive maintenance team. About the best you can get for the money.”
“I came in to tour a 2 bedroom with Greg a while ago. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the property. Although I’m looking to move next year around March, Greg explained the application process and requirements. I was so impressed with the amenities from the roof top pool, to the gym. Greg was patient and answered all of my questions, which made me feel so comfortable. I look forward to being a future resident!
Thanks again Greg.”

374 S Grand Blvd, St. Louis“The Icon is an apartment complex that is amazing for college students living around the area. I personally have had wonderful interactions with the management. The icon management are very accommodating, kind hearted, and actually listen to any issues you may have while living there. On top of all of that, they are very affordable in the midtown area, especially for college students. I would highly recommend leasing for the icon and consider all they have to offer!”

5510 Pershing Ave, St. Louis“Tyler (the property manager) and Taylor have consistently demonstrated kindness in their interactions with me. They never fail to greet me with a smile when I walk in the door. If I have any concerns, they always have prioritized finding a solution. Although the apartment walls are not entirely soundproof, both Tyler and Taylor have been proactive in their efforts to enforce quiet hours and resolve any noise-related issues. Additionally, the amenities here are top-notch and the apartment complex is always being updated to ensure a comfortable living experience.”

10362 Old Olive Street Rd, St. Louis“I enjoyed living at Vanguard Heights for 4 years until a recent relocation and would have stayed longer if I could. Management was always friendly, and maintenance was quick to take care of any issues.”
“I'm giving a 5 star review but there have been issues. Issues aside, I don't see why this place has a (at the time of writing) 2.9 Stars.
While I didn't quite get along with some of the staff at first, the Property Manager, Courtney is absolutely amazing. This woman oversees something like 600+ apartments and townhomes (employees as well) and yet she responds quickly, she knows everything about the units and is just a great person. I cannot praise her enough and that is why my rating is so high. If you have a problem and you let her know it will be fixed immediately and I mean immediately. When we moved in, we had French doors to our deck. The deck and doors were pretty old and worn. I asked her to replace it and it was done within 2 weeks.
Problems like the 2nd story overheating in the summer can mostly be fixed if the large vent in the living room is clear of obstruction and vents in the lower floor are closed. These fixes have mostly* worked for us. It's extremely inefficient and LOUD and they should have them changed out, but I am sure they are working on it. We are a bit worried reading the reviews about the whole carpet stuff moving out, but I am sure they will treat us fairly like they always have.
Lastly, take the poor reviews with a pinch of salt. I'd say most of the reviewers aren't taking accountability and are instead blaming Georgetown. Also, if you're a tenant and have problems it is your duty to bring up issues to management, so the problems can be fixed. You can't just not say anything and then when stuck with a $700 charge for "blah blah blah", whine and moan and complain about issues you never gave someone the chance to fix. Grow up and take accountability and be smart. Speaking of intelligence, people need to do research and ask questions. Its common sense that if you move into any apartment/townhome community you are going to hear other people. If you move into a unit with someone above you, you're going to hear them just like if you move next to someone, you're going to hear them. These units weren't built yesterday, and they aren't concrete fallout bunkers in the middle of nowhere. Have some common sense and lower your expectations because this is reality. That or go sail to a small island where you can't hear other people lol. As well, if you choose to move into an older unit instead of an updated one because you're a broke b#$@.... that's YOUR problem.... not Georgetown's.
I guarantee from the conversations I've had with Courtney they are not trying to rob people; they are there to help!”

800 Olive St, St. Louis“I am pleased to share my heartfelt appreciation for Kandyce Goss, a remarkable staff member at our property management company. Throughout a period of transition in the front office, Kandyce has been an invaluable support, demonstrating unwavering courtesy and dedication to her role.
Kandyce's attentive nature and attention to detail have made a significant impact on my experience as a tenant. She consistently goes above and beyond, addressing domestic matters with efficiency and providing helpful resources whenever needed. Her pleasant demeanor and willingness to assist have created a welcoming atmosphere, making the transition smoother for everyone involved.
Kandyce's professionalism and genuine care for residents truly set her apart. I am grateful for her support and commend her for the exceptional service she provides. She is an asset to our community, and I highly recommend her for any future opportunities within the company.

“I just applied for an apartment in this building, the application process seems really easy the lady at the front office was very professional and helpful so I hope they rush and pull my contract so I can move in”
“I Love the unique nature of this property. The genuine factory feel, my very spacious 2 bedroom loft, the super dog friendly environment, management is very nice and responsive to problems, fun events and the cute pool make meeting your neighbors easier than most places. Not to mention, we’re in the middle of probably the best, most walkable neighborhood- Lafayette Park!”

“Midtown300 was my first home when I came to the US and I was living with my friend. The management was so kind and helpful in adding me to be my friend's roommate. When time came for me to be on my own, finding an apartment within the building was not as smooth as I did not have a credit history to really speak of and also I did not cut the income requirement so I had to find a cosigner unbeknown to me was the credit score requirement even for the cosigner. I eventually found a friend who was willing to assist and I got my beautiful view studio apartment on the 10th floor.I totally enjoyed living at The Midtown300 mainly because of the management team and maintenance. Michelle and Toni were an absolute delight to work with whenever I had an issue. The maintenance team was always prompt to respond even on weekends. The team always communicates when there are service outages (usually boilers or chillers). Which is the downside of having central air and heat, because then everyone suffers when the system is down. The team's communication is excellent and they make living here a blessing. They always are smiling and wave at you when you lock eyes walking past the offices. They also gave me great feedback when I decided I was moving out.I moved out because I needed more space at an affordable price. You see the major downside with Midtown300 is storage, you do not really get that much storage and you will probably need wardrobes, chest drawers and extra storage cabinets/shelves.The amenities were always kept clean and safe for use, they added new games for the backyard park and some boardgames to borrow for when you have friends over. The gym was my favorite place!Parking is free to residents as long as you have a parking card which MUST be displayed on your windscreen else your car will be towed by a third party! Visitors MUST always park on the Visitor parking section else face the same music with the third party towing co. They recently installed lighting for the parking lot which it hopefully increases security. Car break-ins were becoming rampant.overall, the midtown300 is a perfect place to live in and the management is excellent. Oh yeah, they gave me my deposit back very fast! Thank you Toni and Michelle, keep up the great work you are doing.”

4405 W Pine Blvd, St. Louis“I lived there for 6 months while in St Louis for work. You won't find a better deal in a nicer part of town. Steve was super cool and would deliver packages to my apartment that were dropped off while I was at work. It is dated, but everything worked fine. I only needed maintenance once while I was there, and they came the same day that I notified Steve I needed them. The furniture in the furnished unit was pretty nice too.”
9AM - 5:30PM
2107 S Grand Blvd, St. Louis“Lived here for ~2 years, new management are trying, but what keeps me here are the unsung heroes that are the maintenance "team". They (Kevin) are constantly spread too thin on a building that needs more attention than one person can be expected to handle, and yet he always pulls it off in a timely manner with a smile, without exception. I look forward to seeing how they treat their team better before signing my next lease!”
“I leased a studio loft off park ave from 2018-2023. My mom introduced me she stayed in a diff building on the same street through frontdoor. Had the best experience. My 5-6 years living there i had zero issues. building was secured, locked, security cameras on inside and outside of building. never had my car broken into, stolen, never had a issue with maintenance or the leasing office. my neighbors were quiet and kind. i would love the opportunity to move back. the price of the studio was getting a lil heavy so i decided to move. overall i would def go back.”

110 N 17th St, St. Louis“Unfortunately Mills/City View no longer owns our buildings in St. Louis and you can tell. We wish we would've been told as that team was truly had good customer service despite being short staffed. This community misses being treated with respect and dignity as Gateway Towers/Gateway at City Park/ Blue Magma/ The Park at Bristol (or whatever the new owner is calling themselves this week)doesn't have this factored into their business model.”
“I've had a positive living experience here. Management tends to be very responsive to any issues (especially maintenance), and staff is helpful.
My unit itself is modern and comfortable. I will miss living here.”
“I am currently looking at apartments to move in February and Jasmine was absolutely lovely - super patient, super nice. She showed me a lovely studio apartment and gave me wonderful information about the area and the buildings. I highly recommend 275 for their pleasant staff and how safe the community is.”
“The Verve is such a great space for student living during college. The spaces we are given on top of the exception level of details in the apartments makes living near campus so much better. The study space, patio, and many free giveaways make this place the best. Who knows you may also win a 50 dollar gift card if you live here like me!”
