“I lived here for nearly 2 years and absolutely loved it. It's a quiet apartment complex with high-end appliances and that luxury feel in probably the best street in STL. The amenities including gym and common area were never too crowded and well-maintained. I found myself appreciating how it wasn't too loud in the apartment complex on the weekends unlike some of the other luxury apartments in the area. The management staff has changed considerably since I've been a resident but they have always been very kind, helpful and accommodating, and maintenance requests were always performed seamlessly. Thank you Euclid for such a wonderful experience! If I didn't need to move out of state, I would still be living there.”

“A good place to live. Clean & quiet. Safe for children & families. Close to my child's school. Has a nice playground for them to play in, and a pool in summer. Friendly staff who resolve maintenance issues quickly of which there are few. Reasonable rent for the space we're in. ? would recommend highly.”

“I really liked these loft/apartments. I never lived here but I visited someone who lived here and I loved the vibe that the building had. It felt upscale even with with the brick, which I typically wouldn't like. Great job with the upkeep and the pricing based on size.”

“Living at Waterford Downs for the past few years has given me a sense of community after moving here from my hometown in Indiana. I have lived in other apartments and have never experienced the level of friendliness among neighbors or apartment office staff that I have found here. Ed has always made sure any needs I have with maintenance issues have been throughly addressed and always offers a smile and good conversation when I see him around the complex. It also is evident that he takes so much pride in the management of this complex. He makes sure everything with the landscaping is beautiful. Karen is so kind and helpful when I go into the office or call with a particular need. It is a very pet friendly apartment complex and she often has commented on how cute my dog is when I’m out walking and I appreciate her taking the time to do that. I have been so pleased with the new maintenance staff member Robert. He was very helpful in fixing an issue I was having with the lock on my door and with my disposal. He was thorough in fixing the issues and was so friendly and personable. John with the maintenance team has also been very friendly and even though I know everyone stays busy tending to maintenance requests he always takes the time out of his day to ask me how I’m doing when I’m out walking my dog. This is a great place to live and I‘m so glad I chose this particular apartment complex when I moved to St. Louis.”

“Simply fantastic. Truly.Apartments had nice, modern finishes, which was a big deciding factor when I picked the place; for the money, you really get a lot of value. AND IT IS CLEAN. The building as a whole is kept virtually spotless and not once was I worried about unwanted visitors with the security staff watching the entrances.Speaking of security staff, one thing that was a big deal to me when I was shopping for a place was having a secure package room for anything I ordered online. The last couple of places I lived at had trouble with people coming in and stealing packages after they were delivered. Not once did I have any issues with package theft at the 720 Gallery. Security was always at the desk 24/7, and any time I had a package, all I had to do was ask, and they would go retrieve it from the secure room for me.The amenities on the fourth floor were also nice, in good shape, and clean. I had people over all the time and would use the hot tubs or the gym area. Also a nice quiet office space with free wi-fi, which is a bonus if you are ever in a pinch and need it or are looking for a place to get some work done.Maintenance was on top of their game; any time there was an issue, they were very quick to remedy the situation. Darvis, the head maintenance guy seemed to really know his way around the place and was always in and out in no time. I don't think I ever waited more than 24 hours to get something fixed. The management staff really made it a great experience. I've lived in several different buildings in the St. Louis area and I have to say, whoever owns the 720 Gallery property needs to give James and Jody a raise and make sure they keep them. They are awesome at their jobs, make guests feel welcomed, and are a hoot to be around. They really went above and beyond from the time I was just shopping for a place to live, to the time I moved out, and made the whole process fun and easy. Any time I had questions about anything, they had answers or knew where to point me to find them.”

“I have been at Hue for about seven months now. I love my place. It is very modern and cozy. I never have any issues with neighbors (hope others can say same about me) and all of my encounters with the managment staff have been pleasant. I like that Hue is a little quieter than Chroma, but both sides are pretty great for the price range. My only complaint are things breaking down (hot tub, outdoor TVs, parking garage). When they are out for more than a couple weeks it does start to cut into the price you are paying a bit. Still, its a great place to live with a lot of friendly folks in a very convinent location.”

“Tyler (the property manager) and Taylor have consistently demonstrated kindness in their interactions with me. They never fail to greet me with a smile when I walk in the door. If I have any concerns, they always have prioritized finding a solution. Although the apartment walls are not entirely soundproof, both Tyler and Taylor have been proactive in their efforts to enforce quiet hours and resolve any noise-related issues. Additionally, the amenities here are top-notch and the apartment complex is always being updated to ensure a comfortable living experience.”

“I have lived at Georgetown since 2019,I moved here from North County to be closer to my job. The management and staff are great and helpful. The property grounds are well maintained they just installed a dog park and have been making repairs/improvements to apartment decks. The appliances and tub/toilet are dated in my unit. The only thing I would give thumbs down is I get some cold air thru the windows and front door. Those plastic window film kits seem to help.Overall, I would rate my experience as positive”

“I came into town with a friend and wanted to stop by apartments in the area to see what they looked like. When I walked into Monogram I was greeted by Kelsey who was extremely welcoming and helpful. She answered all of my questions about the area as well as the Monogram building. The lobby area was very clean and smelled wonderful! Not to mention, the apartments we toured were some of the cleanest we had seen when we were browsing. They have on site security, a beautiful rooftop pool and clubhouse, and a freakin grocery store!!! If I were actually moving downtown (who knows maybe I will in the future) I would have immediately said yes to Monogram. I felt very comfortable in the building and talking with Kelsey, it was as if I was talking with my best friend.”

“Midtown300 was my first home when I came to the US and I was living with my friend. The management was so kind and helpful in adding me to be my friend's roommate. When time came for me to be on my own, finding an apartment within the building was not as smooth as I did not have a credit history to really speak of and also I did not cut the income requirement so I had to find a cosigner unbeknown to me was the credit score requirement even for the cosigner. I eventually found a friend who was willing to assist and I got my beautiful view studio apartment on the 10th floor.I totally enjoyed living at The Midtown300 mainly because of the management team and maintenance. Michelle and Toni were an absolute delight to work with whenever I had an issue. The maintenance team was always prompt to respond even on weekends. The team always communicates when there are service outages (usually boilers or chillers). Which is the downside of having central air and heat, because then everyone suffers when the system is down. The team's communication is excellent and they make living here a blessing. They always are smiling and wave at you when you lock eyes walking past the offices. They also gave me great feedback when I decided I was moving out.I moved out because I needed more space at an affordable price. You see the major downside with Midtown300 is storage, you do not really get that much storage and you will probably need wardrobes, chest drawers and extra storage cabinets/shelves.The amenities were always kept clean and safe for use, they added new games for the backyard park and some boardgames to borrow for when you have friends over. The gym was my favorite place!Parking is free to residents as long as you have a parking card which MUST be displayed on your windscreen else your car will be towed by a third party! Visitors MUST always park on the Visitor parking section else face the same music with the third party towing co. They recently installed lighting for the parking lot which it hopefully increases security. Car break-ins were becoming rampant.overall, the midtown300 is a perfect place to live in and the management is excellent. Oh yeah, they gave me my deposit back very fast! Thank you Toni and Michelle, keep up the great work you are doing.”

“I Love the unique nature of this property. The genuine factory feel, my very spacious 2 bedroom loft, the super dog friendly environment, management is very nice and responsive to problems, fun events and the cute pool make meeting your neighbors easier than most places. Not to mention, we’re in the middle of probably the best, most walkable neighborhood- Lafayette Park!”

“I lived there for 6 months while in St Louis for work. You won't find a better deal in a nicer part of town. Steve was super cool and would deliver packages to my apartment that were dropped off while I was at work. It is dated, but everything worked fine. I only needed maintenance once while I was there, and they came the same day that I notified Steve I needed them. The furniture in the furnished unit was pretty nice too.”
