Apartments are very clean and well kept. I toured with Maria, and she was very educated on each apartment and was very professional. She made the experience great.

Been here since 2016 and have never lived anywhere else so well maintained, have majority wonderful neighbors (next to me and around me), polite, helpful and courteous staff and maintenance. Although, there is no washer/dryer or place for a hook up in my unit, the overall value surpasses any other property.

LOVE Georgetown Apartments. Maintenance is quick and grounds are well taken care of. Office staff is great too! Kristen is always so helpful, quick and efficient any time I need any thing!
