“It was a toss up between here and Men's warehouse and after reading the reviews on Men's warehouse.....I'll pass! Same day fitting and last minute rental ( the event was on Wednesday, i arrived Tuesday around 4p ) Its prom season and Karl's Tux is BUSY!!! Nothing but kids coming for the rental deals, so have some patience being seen, however I was in and out within 1 hour. Sales associate was extremely helpful and got my measurements almost perfect. Total cost was $299.00 for entire outfit, pocket square and shoes included. Can't beat that! Highly recommended.”

All 4 of which were awesome to be around. If you are looking for what looked to me to be, pretty good quality clothing, this is a place to go.BUT!!! If you are looking for a truly amazing shopping experience, these 4 I met will be better than you imagined.They actually listen to what their customers want, don't try to push you into buying the entire store, are VERY familiar with the products(in-store & web), and all 4 have a great sense of style. I might actually have to talk to Robert to get some tips lol.As I said, I spent an entire day with these folks and even had a spirited political debate with one of them with no swearing or meanness(in itself a miracle today lol), and I will be sending my wife in to see them next time we are in the area...Thank you all for being such great people.”

“Amazing customer service! I came in to get my first backpack for a backpacking trip coming up and I had no idea what I was looking for. Alexander was so helpful the entire time! He was super l knowledgeable about all of it and answered any questions I had without making me feel dumb. He even offered for me to try out his own personal tent for my trip before I went and spent money on one that I may not end up liking. There was also one other staff member in the store and she was super friendly as well.”

“Amazing customer service! I stopped in today to look at a coat. They didn’t have what I wanted, but I left with 3 sweaters. Excellent service. I was promptly greated when I walked through the door. The sales associates all worked together to place items in the dressing rooms. They asked multiple times when I was trying on items if sizes worked, etc. This is the best customer service I have received in a clothing store in a long time. Great job!”

“Spencer gifts has been around forever and I used to hang out here in the 80s. It's changed a lot and gotten a little bit smaller but still a super cool place to grab some cool Tees, killer gamer stuff and spicy games. They've got a great selection of rock t-shirts and stuff and although a little pricey, they usually have a buy one get one half off kind of deal. It seems a bit more grungy/dark oriented from the old 80s and 90s spencers but still am awesome store to checkout I'd your in the area.”

With a 2 and 3 year old, it’s hard to shop for clothes, but every single time I enter those doors I’m able to browse comfortably while each one takes turns playing with them.
