Went in to get work boots. Never was asked if I needed any help. When I went to find some one there was no one but the cashiers and they were busy checking people out. First and last time I will come here.

This store is beautiful. I like how it was laid out and organized. I went in for a hat but didn't find what I was looking for. I did, however, find where I'm buying my work clothes from now on as they have a HUGE selection of clothes and boots.

I must say I was a customer of PFI for many many years. I sure miss Josh at Saddle City... They have some awfully young folks that don't seem to be very knowledgeable but they dress the part.. they do have one guy in the back that does leather repair and maybe cleans are Fits hats that seems real...
