Walmart Supercenter is a decent supermarket with a good selection of items, including fresh groceries and organic produce, all under one roof. Customers appreciate the low prices and the fact that it stocks a lot of stuff to browse at cheap prices. The store is described as nice and clean, with friendly staff. Many find it a convenient stop for all their needs. However, several consistent criticisms are noted. The store is often understocked with items, and some customers wish for more variety. Finding a staff member for assistance can be difficult. Checkout experiences are frequently frustrating, with never enough lanes open, many self-checkouts closed, and long lines. The policy of showing a receipt upon leaving is viewed by some as disappointing and humiliating. Additionally, there are complaints about a lack of working motorized carts. For shopping convenience, the store offers online ordering with free pickup for everyone and free same-day delivery for Walmart+ members. Services include Express Pickup, a Freshness Guarantee, and associates who hand-pick groceries and load them into customers' cars. The Walmart app helps locate items in the aisles. Despite its drawbacks, the combination of low prices, wide selection, and pickup services keeps customers returning.
I used to look forward to my walmart trips, but now put them off as long as possible.

I will not shop at Walmart anymore in light of their support for stopping their support for the DEI program. Until Walmart changes policies, I will not be shopping here!

They did not have one item that I needed that I went there specifically for but went to a different Walmart in a different location and found... read full comment
