“If you understand the concept of what a closeout store is, this place is always fun. I like to go in just to see what I find whether that be a great deal on snack foods or quick canned goodies or a random piece of electronics. It's rarely going to be the best quality but the prices can be great. I've also seen great deals on furniture as well.”

“This little market is so easy to find what I’m looking for and most of the time has what I need in stock. Employees are always very friendly and helpful, even looking things up while I wait on the phone, saving me a drive up there if they don’t have it.”
“Clean Walmart with everything you need. It's smaller than the huge Walmarts but it has a decent produce, baked goods, and juice selection. The prices are reasonable and the parking lot wasn't crazy busy. The lines moved fast and the check out stations were all open and functional.”
“It was a pleasure visiting the Battlefield Mall in Springfield, MO, I have seen the decline of so many malls in the past several years. I rarely visit the larger malls near my home because of safety issues. Dillards had a great deal of clothing options to choose from.”

“Expensive dress clothes but you pay for quality. They have a very limited tie selection which is the main reason for 4 stars. The second reason is I didn't see a single sales associate on the floor during my entire shopping experience.”

“Update: My pickup orders are always quick and accurate. There's always security in the parking lot it's probably become the safest Walmart in town.Produce is decent nowadays. I haven't been inside this store in a while, just use pickup, however I've heard it's really nice inside now since the remodel. Pick up is quick and efficient, rarely an error - when I do get an expired item or a mistake it's so rare as to be about the same error rate as I would have shopping myself. The store is also much more secure, with security patrolling the parking lot all the time.”
“I have always enjoyed shopping at Kohls. My favorite departments are dresses, the shoe department and purses. Some of my prettiest dresses and cutest shoes have come from Kohl's. I might have gotten my appreciation of this lovely department store from my mom. She doesn't play around with Kohl's cash. The prices are pretty fantastic and the sales are really good.”
“I've used Walgreens for decades until the service got so bad that I was on hold at times for over an hour. I moved to CVS... very briefly! When I switched insurance, I tried the Neighborhood Walmart on Republic and Golden. The technicians are awesome, and they actually answer the phone with short wait, if any. I can't say enough about the pharmacists. They always go the extra mile,.. very professional, yet personable!”
“All of the staff are very helpful and kind. I have gone there three times over the last six months and been very pleased with the stylists taking time to listen and always give me a professional haircut. Karrie Ann has cut my hair twice. She takes the time to listen, offer input and discusses in great detail the cut. Karrie Ann is very polite and brings a smile to my face as well. I have left the salon always feeling great. It is a breath of fresh air to be treated very kindly and given a professional hair style as well. The staff always works very hard to work me in their schedule on weekends. Thank you Karrie Ann!”

“Clean store from what I saw, didn't go throughout store just around pharmacy. I am disabled and it hurts to walk and was happy to see the mobilized scooters available and all were plugged in and fully charged for myself and customers to use. Shelves were well stocked for the most part but I got there around 9:00 pm in the evening. The cashier that checked me out named Jessica was extremely helpful. She greeted me with a smile, was friendly, and came around from register after scanning my items to put my items back in my mobilized cart. Very pleasant experience and definitely will return to this location in future.”
“Not a bad Target. Plenty of parking and a convenient light makes getting in and out easy. I went in a few days before the 4th of July and while they were busy there were plenty of checkers, so there weren't any lines at the registers. The store was clean and well stocked too.”

“Great Grocery Pick Up service. Staff is friendly, courteous and the service is quick and easy. No more finding a parking spot. No more dodging cars while walking in the store. No more pushing a cart up and down aisles dodging people and their carts. No more standing in line at the check out counter. Now I order my groceries from my home on my computer. I pick a day a time for pick up. They text and email me when my order is ready. I respond with I'm on my way. When I arrive I pull in one of the designated parking spots, call them and out they come with my groceries. The best service ever. Order are always correct and the staff is always professional and friendly. before this store started the service I used the service at Walmart on Grand. They were Excellent as well. I now use the W Sunshine store because it's a 5 minute drive vs a 7 minute drive and easier to get in and out of the pick up area.”

“I recently moved back home to Springfield from the gargantuan city of Austin, TX. Getting groceries in Austin was never short of a 2 hour ordeal. Fight 4 lanes of traffic each way on I-45, park in an enormous parking lot bigger than anything Springfield has seen, then fight the foot traffic in HEB for 60 minutes (pretty much the only grocery chain in TX). Didn't matter if I got groceries at 7am on Saturday or 6pm on Friday. It was a nightmare. So this little market is wonderful. I can stop by on my way home from work and literally be in and out in under 20 minutes every time. They offer a surprising amount of organic items, and I've never needed a grocery item they don't carry with exception of organic ginger and turmeric root - which I go to Mama Jeans for. Love this little grocery store. Not a fan of big Wal Mart locations, but these markets are brilliant.”
“To whatever extent a Walmart can be pleasant, this one serves as a shining example of that standard. Checkout times are always brief, the staff seem to be competent human beings and, although the selection is limited by its designation as a neighborhood market, the items available are of adequate quality and well presented. I try to avoid going to Walmart often, but if I must, this is the one location in Springfield that I will go out of my way to patronize.”

“Check out was quick and easy, considering the line was long & it was Xmas eve. On top of that I was using a digital gift card that I didn't know exactly how it worked. But the manager showed me & the cashier how to use it. A very cool & pleasant experience.”
