“Little long, but bear with me! Dean in the tire shop is amazing. Driving into Springfield about 6:15 from nixa I picked up what I discovered to be a huge bolt in my tire (construction at cc and 160). I was able to make it to drop my wife and son off at his basketball game and called SAMS. They said bring it by but they didn’t think they could get me in. They were the only tire shop open and close. I got there about 6:30. Dean looked at me and said I am so sorry but we are a full week out and close in 30 min. I told him my story and said my car is outside leaking. He took a deep breath and said “let me see what I can do”. He looked at it with me and said “I think I can patch it, hold on” he tried for about 15min and didn’t hole is too big unfortunately. Luckily they had 2 tires in stock and he stayed late and replaced my tires for me. I am SO thankful there are employees willing to go above and beyond. You don’t see that often today. What Dean didn’t know was my wife needed that car very bad tomorrow. Her father is very sick and in cox hospital and she is making constant trips to the hospital. We are having a rough holiday season. This act of kindness will not be forgotten. If you seeDean, give him a smile and be kind. He could have said “sorry you are out of luck there is nothing I can do”, but he didn’t. He stepped up, and his act of kindness and willingness to go out of his way for the sake of others should be commended. Excellent work Dean! I hope you are recognized.”
“I always go to the drive-thru Walmart pharmacy on West Mount Vernon.. the pharmacists and the entire staff go out of their way to assist and explain any questions that you may have.. I love the fact that I don't have to go in to do a pickup, all I have to do is drive through, so convenient and for the last 2 and 1/2 years has been much safer not dealing with the public, they make an effort to keep their clientele safe which I really appreciate. .”

“Grove pharmacy was particularly helpful in making me understand that there may be a shortage of a particular denture cream I have been searching for and that there is a problem on the manufacturing end. So now I know to order off the internet instead of wandering aimlessly through the large scale stores asking questions of them as to why there is none in stock. “A quick in and out. Clean store. Certainly preferred over a supercenter. They don't have all the things but they are adequate for basic grocery shopping. This store seems to be pretty easy to navigate to the typical clientale seem to be more of the on a mission types than the looky loo/silly dalleys looking for the best deal you find at some Wal-wart stores. There is the occasional lingerer but they move if you look at them slightly annoyed because they are blocking the conclusion of your shopping venture that you didn't want to go on but you really needed toilet paper.”
