We consistently have great service through Rick's Automotive. We utilize them for our personal & business vehicles. We trust them, & don't feel like we are being "upsold". Advising people that pay attention to reviews do not go to big O tires or your car will come back more tore up than it was when you dropped it off if you were getting struts and mounts done. They also take several hours to get to your car so don’t worry about an appointment time because they are never on time.

I have never had a bad experience with Rick’s! I love them so much and will not go to anyone else! Today my ride came from Michael, and he was a true gentleman! I have never felt safer and more taken care of than from the boys at Rick’s! Also, I would love to give a shout-out to Keith as well. He is always so nice!
