I went to the Dodge dealership and was quoted the same service for 8 times the price that Rick's Automotive charged me. Micah, customer service guy at the fleet desk was super cool to work with, as were all the clerks. Rick's has an awesome coffee bar & lobby area, but I didn't have to wait around very long because Michael, a polite gentleman who gives customers rides (and opens the doors for ladies, old-school style), took me home while my vehicle was being repaired and then picked me up when the van was finished.
