“Well, in all honesty, there was a younger girl there earlier today who seem to know what she was doing and didn't seem like she was going to have a problem setting me up, but there was a guy there who had this very in-depth problem that didn't have easy solutions or anything so I had to leave and come back later. When I did so, I did get the phone that I was supposed to get, and they did change the number, but they completely forgot to clone the phone and move my accounts and information and email and everything else over to the new phone. So I'll have to go back tomorrow or the next day and try and find the girl who seems to know what she's doing and see if she can do that for me.”

However, he was a good sport, as he was bundled up.He and Marcellus, who I assume was the tech, both had coats on, but did their work without complaint. That's dedication.Rob suggested a protective screen coating but wasn't pushy and even applied it for me.The work was done timely and professionally.I would recommend this business!”
