“I had an insurance claim to have the LED display replaced on my Samsung Galaxy Ultra phone.On 1/13, Rob greeted me, was friendly, and explained the process.The 84th and Ward Parkway location didn't have heat that Saturday. However, he was a good sport, as he was bundled up.He and Marcellus, who I assume was the tech, both had coats on, but did their work without complaint. That's dedication.Rob suggested a protective screen coating but wasn't pushy and even applied it for me.The work was done timely and professionally.I would recommend this business!”

He listened to my needs and came back with options. He even called them for me to start my claim. I wanted to leave with a working phone rather that be repair the old or get a new one and he came back with the most cost efficient way to achieve both goals. “My mother and I walked in, manager Miley was there ready to serve. We mentioned our horrid experience with another server and she not only said that would not happen at Cricket, but went into detail as to WHY it would not happen by explaining how the billing works and how we can cancel at any time. Miley showed a phone and plan that was just what was needed for my mother: easy and affordable. She was also extremely patient and friendly during the many questions my mother (who is 83) had. 5 stars for this store! I recommend it to anyone and everyone.”
