“Well, in all honesty, there was a younger girl there earlier today who seem to know what she was doing and didn't seem like she was going to have a problem setting me up, but there was a guy there who had this very in-depth problem that didn't have easy solutions or anything so I had to leave and come back later. When I did so, I did get the phone that I was supposed to get, and they did change the number, but they completely forgot to clone the phone and move my accounts and information and email and everything else over to the new phone. So I'll have to go back tomorrow or the next day and try and find the girl who seems to know what she's doing and see if she can do that for me.”

“Valor at the AT&T store was so kind and helpful and got me good deal with a phone that I never thought I could afford. My grandson is very jealous lol Valor was such a kind and informative gentleman. He made me feel like I was special and not just a number but a valued customer. My experience was quick and not like the horrible experience I had 3 years ago where there was fraud within your company from ordering online. I will just go to your store and leave happy not upset about 11 hours in 2 days and your fraud department. “Had insurance on a phone but the real policy does not, I REPEAT DOES NOT REPLACE YOUR PHONE! You get credits towards a replacement phone it could cost you the same if not more to get the phone replaced depending on who helps you, after two days this one guy was able to help me as long a changed my daughter phone number and she lost all her information”

“I went to this location to switch from metro pcs after being with them for 10 years and I was having a bad experience with Metro trying to turn on my new phone because my old one was broke. I walked in not in the greatest of moods (menopausal mood)There was a young lady named Daiva that assisted me and my daughter change everything over for me and my husband. Let me just say that with my slight temperament at this moment from leaving Metro PCs (2 doors down from Cricket )poor Daiva kind of received some frustration from me and she was handling everything amazingly. She made sure I got the best plans for me and my husband and she helped us with a discount program that saved us $30 a month. This girl works great under pressure and deserves a raise. Thank you again Daiva your customer service skills were outstanding.I recommend switching to Cricket if you are with Metro PCs I haven’t dropped a call since and it runs a lot faster”

“I have a cricket store by my house and i had to drive to this one for help looking for a new cellphone. Cricket worker near 78th & state was very lazy did not call other stores to check stock of the cell i wanted she just told me to order online by myself!!. As soon as i got out of store i called this Cricket store myself. They had the cell i wanted. The service at this location is extremely good. The worker who helped me was named Lovely. She was very helpful. I was very satisfied with the service. When we walked out the store even my daughter said "Now that is good service"☺Highly recommend this location.”
