“BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!My wife and I were looking inistally to get boost mobile. We walked in that store with customers standing around counter waiting. But, I had noticed the cricket store location a few doors down in same strip mall. So, we ran for it, over to the cricket. Shi Alyn greeted us with the most warmest smile right before greeting us. She was attentive, amazing, informative and helpful. Everything you could ever ask from a sales person. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.”

“Sent in my Red Magic 6 Pro and they did a superb job of fixing it. They also speak English so it was easy to get in, drop the phone off, and pick the phone up. I can't guarantee how the inside of my phone looks like in terms of cable management but all my lights work and every corner works. They made quick work of replacing my screen. He informed me I had water damage, I had already known but I did not know it was to the extent to where he could tell as soon as he opened it. I'll probably have this phone for a year or so before I replace it, but I recommend this place to anyone who wants to make sure their phone is in good hands. Hopefully I won't be coming here often but I probably will haha, great repair I hope for decades of prosperity for them.”

“Well, in all honesty, there was a younger girl there earlier today who seem to know what she was doing and didn't seem like she was going to have a problem setting me up, but there was a guy there who had this very in-depth problem that didn't have easy solutions or anything so I had to leave and come back later. When I did so, I did get the phone that I was supposed to get, and they did change the number, but they completely forgot to clone the phone and move my accounts and information and email and everything else over to the new phone. So I'll have to go back tomorrow or the next day and try and find the girl who seems to know what she's doing and see if she can do that for me.”
“Today I visited Boost for service. I felt my phone was not working like it should. A young man, Seth waited on me and within minutes he began to answer my questions and explained to me what needed to be done. Seth was so professional and kind to show me how to correct my mistake. I was not following through correctly to up grade my apps.It is nice to have professional young people work at a business with a smile and knowledge; providing good service. “On June 9th I had gone to the ATT location close to my house to pick up my new upgrade. I have had iPhones in the past but it had been years since I last had to transfer from one phone on to the next. I had walked into the store by my house and had received minimal service. The guy who assisted me asked my name, grabbed my order, scanned in my ID and sent me on my way. Little did I know that the minute he gave me my upgrade that both phones would be on SOS. I went home and initiated the process to transfer one phone to the next. The phones transferred information from one to the next perfectly fine. The only issue was I couldn’t get my phone to transfer over with the e-sim. So after an hour of trying to get it accept my e-sim and transfer my number that I’ve had for 11 years I had to take myself to this location to get the help I should’ve had in the first place. Needless to say I was immediately greeted by Jason B. he was extremely helpful and fixed the problem with a new sim, was able to reactivate my account and get my number attached to my new upgrade. I cannot be more thankful to have had such thorough experience with Jason. From walking in to walking out and getting service on my new cell phone maybe took 15 minutes. I will continue to go back to this location and know that people like Jason made such a frustrating experience so much better knowing that he genuinely cared and fixed me up quickly.”
“AMAZING service ?like many people I had gotten into that "price rut" with t-mobile and my bill just kept creeping up. Being a disabled retiree it was proving to be a drain on my monthly expenses AND I was already on their so called 55unl plan that started at $40 only to be charged $58 and the service was continuously horrible. Dropped calls, email coming late, text not working. The day I called 911 and it wouldn't go through was the camel. I explained my situation to the staff at Cricket in Lee's Summit and immediately was offered a huge MONTHLY discount for low income customers that was TRUE. Better service all together, fabulous phone and service I couldn't believe! Staff actually took TIME and set my phone up for me , literally and it took some time.Thank you guys for EVERYTHING!Wink nod wink, I'll be in soon again with your goodies.??”

“I work as a care taker and brought in one of my clients to see about getting a government free phone and service. Shavaya was our sales person and he was just so helpful with my client. He recognized someone in need and immediately showed he got the gravity of her need. He took it upon himself to help my client apply and qualify for the government phone and service. He set everything up for her and made her day. This man needs a raise and praise for being an outstanding employee. I almost came back and offered to recommend him for a job at my company as a care taker! He is truly a jewel!!”
