“Our car was pretty bad when we had it towed to Ashbys to diagnose. They were wonderful! It was so nice to be able to communicate via text instead of playing phone tag all day. We have been a long time customer of another shop in Parkville, but we may just have a new favorite shop to use. Hope was so nice and pleasant to work with.
