Saturday morning I found KMC Mechanical on Google and sent a text, praying someone would be able to help me on a holiday weekend. Kris responded within seconds and met me at his shop within 30 minutes. He figured out what was wrong quickly and gave me options for repairs. “I came In with my 2004 hummer h2 at 900 am they got right on it checked it and let me know my transmission had burned up 3rd and 4th gear bands so I would need a rebuild I am on vacation I live 4.5 hours away they got my transmission completed by 4pm it was amazing it runs and shifts so smooth now you can't even tell this thing weighs 9500lbs I would recommend apollos to everybody Joe was very professional and all the guys in the shop were very polite and helped get all this taken care off so fast thank you again guys wonderful work and great warrantyService: Transmission”

“I have patronized this business for my automotive needs, and have found them to be courteous and professional. The mechanics do what they do best. On the other hand, this is really only a "one-star" review as to the way they do business. I like my cars. I try to take good care of my cars, because they take good care of me. My cars and I have a good relationship. When my cars aren't feeling well, I take them to the car doctors for help. When my cars are getting treated for ailments I don't mind waiting patiently for them to get better no matter the time that it takes. I make an appointment for them to get fixed. Sometimes the appointed time is four or five days later, maybe two weeks later, it doesn't matter. I expect to show up for my appointed time and have my cars looked at shortly thereafter. It seems that there are car repair shops that overbook appointments and tell you to drop off your car, and then get to it whenever they want to, at their convenience. I would not make an appointment at the doctors office for one of my family members and have them say "just drop them off and we'll call you when we're through with them", and have them sit there idly for hours on end before they can even get looked at. When I make an appointment, I expect action within a reasonable time. Isn't that why "appointments" are made? Isn't that what appointments are all about? If I have an appointment time, make it as close as possible to the time when you can actually get to it. Don't tell me to "bring it in in the morning when we open and drop it off" As hard as it is to believe, there are some automotive businesses that 'don't' do business that way.”

Guys loaded the rear end I purchased onto my trailer and I was on my way. They also gave me a 90 day warranty vs the 30 days printed on their receipt and they marked it as such.All in all a smooth transaction.”
