“What an amazing guy CJ is! My car was hit one night while we were out for dinner leaving a huge dent in the front fender and also inability to open the driver door all the way. I called C4 to see if they could fix it and work with my insurance. CJ was kind and answered all my questions. I brought the car over so he could look at it and schedule my appointment and he got me in within a couple weeks of my initial call. The thing that stands out the most to me is when I first brought the car over he pulled out some tools and fixed the door so it would at least open until he could get it in for repair. Talk about above and beyond! I highly recommend C4 Collision! It’s stressful dealing with car repairs and insurance already and then worrying about how a shop will treat you makes it even harder but he was amazing. Thanks C4 Collision! I was so worried moving here from Massachusetts and finding an auto shop that was honest and reliable.My neighbor found them when he moved here and recommended Wiseman tire to me for a front end alignment an said I can't go wrong, and he was 100% correct.It was a bit longer than he said but I would rather it take more time and do it right then to rust it.I couldn't beat the price. $30 less then some of the other shops around Neosho wanted.One less thing I have to stress about when my Tundra needs work.I know right where to go.”

“In town for the holidays from AZ and the Low Oil Pressure Warning Light came on. Called Mr. Fix It and they got me in right away. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it later that day. They even gave me a ride to my in laws until it was fixed and offered to come and pick me up to get my car. Can't say enough how polite and accommodating they were to get me going and very fair on price. Will definitely use Mr. Fit It again if I ever need to!”

Road side assistance contacted them and they had a driver in contact and on his way within 5 minutes. Once he arrived he was very fast and efficient. “The service department have really provided service to its customers, thry don't b s you on what the problem is nor try to add extra costs to parts etc, they provide a car for you if you need to go to work and even pick you up or drop you off at your home while you wait for your vehicle to be repaired. The best of that is they don't charge you for those services. They can also give you a number to call if you need a tow.They also give your vehicle a free car wash after each visit. They notify you what the problems are and how much the total will be and even would give suggestions if needed.Excellent service.”
