“What an amazing guy CJ is! My car was hit one night while we were out for dinner leaving a huge dent in the front fender and also inability to open the driver door all the way. I called C4 to see if they could fix it and work with my insurance. CJ was kind and answered all my questions. I brought the car over so he could look at it and schedule my appointment and he got me in within a couple weeks of my initial call. The thing that stands out the most to me is when I first brought the car over he pulled out some tools and fixed the door so it would at least open until he could get it in for repair. Talk about above and beyond! I highly recommend C4 Collision! It’s stressful dealing with car repairs and insurance already and then worrying about how a shop will treat you makes it even harder but he was amazing. Thanks C4 Collision! “The most professional parts store I have been in for many a year. I was at one time an ASE master tech, I let my certification expire back in 2000 but I still do most of my own work. That makes me a customer who expects people behind the counter to know what they are doing and can't be fooled by smoke and mirrors used by some people to cover up. The changes in auto parts stores have made them more like big box stores with whoever they can get cheap at the counter and don't expect anyone other than the store manager or at best the shift manager to have a good background and knowledge about the parts they sell.I am not sure why this store is different, but I saw the difference as soon as I started talking with the counter guy. These people knew their business and were willing to give professional service. I commend "Levi" a young man who knows what he is doing and wants to help customers.I recommend you try this store if you need auto parts...”

“Poore's has always been my go to for parts,these folks are very knowledgeable and they listen to your questions and offer very knowledgeable answers and parts if they have them,if they don't they will offer another alternative of acquiring similar or same parts services elsewhere.”

“The service department have really provided service to its customers, thry don't b s you on what the problem is nor try to add extra costs to parts etc, they provide a car for you if you need to go to work and even pick you up or drop you off at your home while you wait for your vehicle to be repaired. The best of that is they don't charge you for those services. They can also give you a number to call if you need a tow.They also give your vehicle a free car wash after each visit. They notify you what the problems are and how much the total will be and even would give suggestions if needed.Excellent service.”
