“On Tuesday August 15, 2023 I left St Louis, Missouri en route to visit my cousin who was in hospice care in San Antonio, Texas. I prefer to drive at night so I left at 5pm. About 10pm I was about halfway between Springfield and Joplin when my car died on interstate 44 and I coasted to a stop on the shoulder. I started the car and continued only to get about five miles down the road and it died again. I repeated the same process many times until I made it to Joplin. I got a hotel and spent the night.I contacted two shops the next morning, but they were booked up and would not accommodate a traveler in the old school thought to take care of a traveler first. I called C.R. Autoworks and they agreed to help me. Brenden and Roger took great care of me. The problem with my car was electronic and elusive, but they worked tirelessly to fix it over the next two days. After many hours of diagnostic work they were able to repair my car Friday morning and I was able to travel onto my destination.These guys are the best! “Need a catalytic converter replaced as well as the muffler. Came in hoping to get a better estimate, than the one I had received at Firestone. Not only did I get a better price but the gentleman who runs the place, replaced both converters, modified my exhaust and replaced my tailpipe. I got my vehicle back the same day I dropped it off which was amazing. He let me know I needed a tune-up when I picked up my vehicle and gave me the names of a few shops that could get it done. I will make sure to let everyone I know that needs exhaust repairs to come here.”

“We took our car into Firestone and got a inspection so we can get our Missouri license plate, the mechanic told us that it didn't pass because of our brakes, the next day we took it to the outlaw lube and oil shop, come to find out that any car under 150,000 miles does not need a inspection since 2: years ago they passed that law. I made Firestone pay me back”

“Adams was great. We started our vehicle and it was showing that our power steering had gone out. The power steering wasn’t working, so based on a recommendation from a friend we gave Adams a call. We are from out of state, and Adams began working in the vehicle quickly. He let us know it was a simple sensor issue, and he just had to clear the code and re enter it, and it began to work. Most important is the way I'm treated , transparency . But then the most important for me is service. I feel the service at Fletcher Hyundai is very very good, when I had a problem it was dealt with and taken care of in a very good fast and timely manner. Thank you service dept. and service manager. “I can't say enough great things about these guys! One of the best mechanic shops I've ever dealt with. They did a fuel injected 74 Corvette for me, rebuilt press fit turbos (and way more) to beef up an Ecoboost, replace a rear end in another Ecoboost after someone hit me, and repairs on 4 or 5 other vehicles. One time they let me bring in a transmission and warned me about the warranty issues. They were right and the transmission was off. They fought for me with the supplier to get what I needed and make it right. (I paid extra for it but they went above and beyond.) Truly though, they're my favorite shop because they seek perfection and they'll make right what doesn't work perfectly.Services: Transmission”
