“The store that I went to first did not have the screen so the technician said he could order it. It’d be a week or two so he gave me a couple phone numbers from other stores. I called the store on Ward Parkway. Ask them if they had a screen, they did so went out there dropped it off. Amazing job very knowledgeable. I think his name is LOREN did a great job. Highly recommend.”

“I got notified at 5:46 pm to pick up my order and the store closed at 6pm. I called to see if I could be helped if I arrived right at 6pm. Van answered and said to take my time. He promised that he could get me checked out, just not process my device swap. He kept his word and was kind in the process. Amazing service!”
“I went to a different store to drop off my old device (trade in) and they said I had to mail it in. They told me I had to call customer service and get a shipping label. That was a bunch of BS. I went to this location and they took my device no questions asked. It was so quick and easy. I'm only going to this Att location from now on”

“Sent in my Red Magic 6 Pro and they did a superb job of fixing it. They also speak English so it was easy to get in, drop the phone off, and pick the phone up. I can't guarantee how the inside of my phone looks like in terms of cable management but all my lights work and every corner works. They made quick work of replacing my screen. He informed me I had water damage, I had already known but I did not know it was to the extent to where he could tell as soon as he opened it. I'll probably have this phone for a year or so before I replace it, but I recommend this place to anyone who wants to make sure their phone is in good hands. Hopefully I won't be coming here often but I probably will haha, great repair I hope for decades of prosperity for them.”

“well we went in there with the problem that we couldn't solve, and we tried the other cricket store on Wilson and they did not do anything helpful for us. however from the moment I walked in with the phone the girls there were extremely helpful knew exactly what they were doing not only that, but they didn't bother to charge us. As far as they were concerned it was just part of customer service period and it was greatly appreciated!!”

“I cannot praise Litsy enough for her care and amazing customer service, not only to me but to the 6 other customers that walked in while I was there this evening. She was the only one working and handled everyone with a smile and positive attitude. Some people were kind to her and others not so much, but regardless, she treated them with respect and made them feel like a priority. After being there for a bit due to a technical issue with my previous provider, I watched as Litsy communicated in 4 different languages to meet her customers needs, from paying a phone bill to purchasing a phone as a gift for a family member in another country. Not only was I impressed, but despite some very difficult situations she was dealing with, she kept a positive and professional attitude with EVERYONE, Even the not so nice customers! Her ability to multitask, speak different languages and use translators, sell products, problem solve, and just be a genuinely nice person will make me return to this store and recommend others, without a doubt!
