However, my experience with Enterprise was flawless! No complaints whatsoever—there were no unexpected charges for damages or any of the other problems that seemed common with other rental agencies. They made it easy by allowing me to check in online (cell phone) so I didn’t have to stand in line to pick up my rental. They even wanted to know how they could make it better. I rented the F150 4x4 and loved it. Enterprise is awesome!

“Because of my gold membership, all I had to do was walk into the lot, choose a vehicle and go on my way. When returning the vehicle, because I made sure the gas tank was full, I pulled up, unloaded my bags and went on my way. The only downside was the availability of vehicles. The only choice was several Nissan Sentras and one Toyota Corolla.”

“I had no problems with this rental car company. I booked it on Expedia while we were on the bus to get to the rental area. I booked a small electric car which they were out(this is great because I didn’t know I booked electric) they gave me a charger instead and I still paid $61. I paid with a debit card so there was a $200 deposit that was released to be a few days later.. no issues with my experience”

We had a two week rental DEN-ATL, but we had a window put through while we were in Nebraska. Avis advised us that we could replace the vehicle and MCI was the nearest large hub.
The exchange process was very efficient and all of the staff we dealt with were so lovely and couldn't do enough to help and make sure we were okay. Although we had not booked anything, they sourced us a like-for-like replacement. We were back on the road in no time at all. We didn’t have to pay a penny.
The initial vehicle was an Escalade and the replacement was a Suburban. Both vehicles were clean and in fantastic condition with low miles and nothing to make them obviously stand out as a rental/tourist other than the out of state plates.
This experience has made me an Avis customer for life.”

“This has got to be one of the busiest Hertz stores ever, very high volume because of the location. It's difficult to get someone to answer the phone at times because they are so busy. But when they do, Mike and Olivier have always been quick to assist and process the rental. They allowed me to extend my rental based on the initial rate charged to my insurance company. My car was stolen/totaled and I needed a rental until I got another one. The rate was cheaper than other Hertz stores I contacted. I wouldn't highly recommend this store, but be patient with them if it's on a very busy day.”
“We had a very positive experience with this location. The reviews would lead you to believe you'll encounter a nightmare, but, our experience with Jess was great. Drop off was also really easy. Terribly sorry for the few who've had negative experiences. That just wasn't our experience.”
