Coach Renee and Chelsea welcomed me and certainly went out of their way to make sure I felt and home and provided an excellent coaching during the workouts. I had struggled with rope-climbs for quiet awhile....Chelsea took the time to work on progressions and within a few tries....I had it! This group has your best intrest in mind and will push you to be your best. I also had the opportunity to mee the owners, John and Dave....great guys! Also, the members are as welcoming as can be!!! I felt right at home!!! If your looking for a crossfit gym or wanting to begin crossfit, this is the place to be!!!!”

It was the initial consultation and the coaches whom seem to care about my goals, my health, and my overall fitness that sold me on this gym. Not only has the coaches being great and answering any questions I have, but all the other members have been very helpful if don’t know anything.
I have been doing it for a month now. I have already seen a change in my body composition. I have to get a couple of my dress pants altered Because I have gone down a pant size. The group atmosphere pushes you and helps you make better health decisions outside of the gym as well. I recommend to anybody who wants to make a lifestyle change.”

821 W Terra Ln, O'Fallon“I was not able to post a review with my regular G mail account so I am using an alternate account.Amy is absolutely wonderful. I have put off physical therapy for years because all I ever heard was that the PT will just give you exercises to do to build up your muscles. Well I have lower back pain and very tight muscles spasms between the shoulder blades. I have tried building muscle and it only agitated the issue. So I pushed on and just suffered through the day so that I could sit in my chair for relief. I even went to pain management and they wrote me a script for pills. I tossed the script away and never went back. I will take pain over an addiction.A friend recommended Amy while talking one day. He said that it is who he would go to, so I decided to give it a shot. Amy is hands on for the entire session. She knew what to start with and it wasn't strength training. During the evaluation she correctly determined that I was agitating my back on a daily basis. I was sleeping in a way that made it worse, I was working through the pain making it worse. All this while I roll to the different positions for the different tests for evaluation on the table and having to stop for cramps. I was not getting the proper electrolytes because I used the Army way of hydrating. If it isn't clear then you need to drink water. I understand now that it was wrong and I was draining my body of electrolytes.I am doing a lot of stretching and strengthening my core while improving my posture currently and the difference after just a couple of weeks is almost a 180, only because I am still broken, so I still feel pain, but I know I am going in the right direction.One time during a session Amy said, hold on a minute and left the room. Apparently she saw someone doing an exercise in the main room and he wasn't using proper form. She went out to correct the individual and came back and apologized, but it was not necessary. I know now how important form is during stretching and exercises because of Amy. Doing them with bad form is asking for trouble. She consistently reminds me during sessions to breathe, use proper form, straighten my posture even if it means I go slower until I can do the exercises in the correct form at a normal speed.Amy is amazing at what she does and you can tell after 1 session with her that she has the knowledge, the passion and really cares that you get better at whatever your goal is, from physical therapy to getting back into shape or getting to the next level in your strength training, Amy is there to teach and help you the proper way. Her staff is supposed to be very good as well, but I am not ready for what they are doing yet. I am not sure I would survive 1 minute of the cross fit training, but I do plan to continue past PT and getting back into shape when I am given the all clear from Amy.”

920 Kehrs Mill Rd, Ballwin“I think I've been here enough times to give this place a review. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new gym. I know there's a lifetime nearby too but it's so ridiculously overpriced and I don't use all the amenities to validate going there (having been a previous member). I love that wild horse is just a 6 minute drive from the house. It's usually the hardest part of going to workout - getting there, but it's so easy and there's always a parking spot open close to the door (since weather is in single digits!!) I'd say I go during odd hours since I have a hybrid work schedule. 11:30-2pm have 12+ people but it's never too crowded that I have to wait for a machine to be free (excluding today where everyone collectively decided to workout arms like me!) and 4-6p is when it gets a little busier, I bet due to people getting off work and wanting to get their workout in. Machines are clean as well as locker rooms. Towels are always available once you walk down to the floor or hit up the locker room to put your stuff away. There are cubbies where you can quickly stash your belongings as well. There are also jacket hooks in the locker room for colder seasons. The staff are all nice and friendly! The members are too! There's a wide array of machines for every muscle or variations of ones you've probably seen at other gyms. A ton of life fitness machines, free weights, cables, treadmills, ellipticals, stair masters, you name it, they've got it! Couples membership is around $130/month plus $100~ sign up fee Worth it to stay or get in the best shape of your life!”

I am stronger, without the crazy bulk and my cardio fitness has drastically improved. I run 5ks faster than my friends now where prior to joining I absolutely hated running. Monitoring my heart rate and overall physical output during class truly helps me maintain my exertion while oddly simultaneously somewhat pushing me to gradually do just a bit more. Tracking my results is incredibly fun too…I’m known to brag about how many splat points I got! I don’t know how they do it, but every workout is different with just the right amount of challenge mixed in. Coaches and staff are incredibly supportive and encouraging. It’s impossible to finish a workout and not feel happy with your success. I honestly love OrangeTheory Fitness works outs and this studio!”

Great set up! Most anytime fitness’s are filthy & the equipment is not maintained. If there is ever staff present, they are usually sitting on their butts doing nothing. And it’s apparent that’s all they do. Thanks for keeping this one so nice. It’s very refreshing & I’m glad to be here.”
