We had stopped close by to air up a tire, they saw us and said they would find out why our tire was leaking, they took it off found a screw and plugged it and aired it up for free. Good God fearing men. They opened a year ago and do all kinds of mechanical work. Will definitely bring both of our cars here if we need work.”

“Man what can I say when everything is going wrong and every other tire shop in town makes things difficult (I’m new in town ) I tried Jackson tires I was able to pay over the phone drop my car on my lunch I offered to pay them for a ride back to work the gentleman who attend me said “no need to pay extra we appreciate your business” and he also said they will figure out how to get me vehicle back since I get out after they close i recommend a 100%”

I called and apologized and told them I would give them extra if they would get me in that I was having family matters and I was met with the most kind inviting you don't have to pay a extra but we will get you rescheduled and they could have charged me for replacing everything I had bought in Parts but they were honest and told me that I didn't need all of them to save me money. “So our SUV overheated 2 hours into our vacation and we stopped here to have it looked at. Long story short, we bought a new used van. JJ helped us and really listened to what I wanted in a new vehicle. It was stressful to have to shop unexpectedly for a car on vacation but JJ really made it better with no pressure. Usually, I research and spend a lot of time deciding about a vehicle purchase but we didn’t have that luxury. So, got a Honda Odyssey and took off on the remainder of our vacation not even sure we would like the vehicle. Well, JJ was right (because he listened to us) and it seemed like everyday we found something more to like about this vehicle. It fit our needs perfectly! Want someone who listens to your needs and helps you pick out something that fits what you need - ask for JJ! After vacation, we needed an oil change. Service department was great! Even remembered who we were without giving our name. I want to give a shout out to this service department because they consistently went out of their way to help us so we could have a good vacation!”

Stopped by today (Saturday) as I’m only in town for 3 days and he scheduled me in to get my windshield replaced on Monday. They also put glass in my van conversion last year. Can’t recommend this place enough.”
