“I miss3d a whole appointment. I called and apologized and told them I would give them extra if they would get me in that I was having family matters and I was met with the most kind inviting you don't have to pay a extra but we will get you rescheduled and they could have charged me for replacing everything I had bought in Parts but they were honest and told me that I didn't need all of them to save me money. These are a wonderful bunch of people. I felt like part of their family. Highly recommend I don't give very many fives at all this is truly deserved.”

“Man what can I say when everything is going wrong and every other tire shop in town makes things difficult (I’m new in town ) I tried Jackson tires I was able to pay over the phone drop my car on my lunch I offered to pay them for a ride back to work the gentleman who attend me said “no need to pay extra we appreciate your business” and he also said they will figure out how to get me vehicle back since I get out after they close i recommend a 100%”
