25 N Central Ave, Clayton“Ashley Madison is the best I have seen. She is always so welcoming, helpful, friendly. Also the maintenance personnel are wonderful. Makes my stay amazingly nice”
“The Verve is such a great space for student living during college. The spaces we are given on top of the exception level of details in the apartments makes living near campus so much better. The study space, patio, and many free giveaways make this place the best. Who knows you may also win a 50 dollar gift card if you live here like me!”
“We recently helped a family member move into The Barton. From the initial showing to the in-between communication to the move-in process, Cheryl and the other staff members were extremely responsive and always available for questions. Thank you!”
“My wife and I lived here for almost 3 years and absolutely loved it! I lived all over the world and moved over 30 times. And this was my favorite spot. It's like living in a Luxury hotel! Brooke and the staff are excellent and we made life long friends here. Great sense of community and a great building for your fur babies!Tim and Kelli”
“Living at Waterford Downs for the past few years has given me a sense of community after moving here from my hometown in Indiana. I have lived in other apartments and have never experienced the level of friendliness among neighbors or apartment office staff that I have found here. Ed has always made sure any needs I have with maintenance issues have been throughly addressed and always offers a smile and good conversation when I see him around the complex. It also is evident that he takes so much pride in the management of this complex. He makes sure everything with the landscaping is beautiful. Karen is so kind and helpful when I go into the office or call with a particular need. It is a very pet friendly apartment complex and she often has commented on how cute my dog is when I’m out walking and I appreciate her taking the time to do that. I have been so pleased with the new maintenance staff member Robert. He was very helpful in fixing an issue I was having with the lock on my door and with my disposal. He was thorough in fixing the issues and was so friendly and personable. John with the maintenance team has also been very friendly and even though I know everyone stays busy tending to maintenance requests he always takes the time out of his day to ask me how I’m doing when I’m out walking my dog. This is a great place to live and I‘m so glad I chose this particular apartment complex when I moved to St. Louis.”
“Wonderful staff, excellent maintenance and great location. Unfortunately, it was not accessible for my partner, who uses a wheelchair, to get in and out of the building. Thank you!”
“Speaking as a brand new resident - moved in April 19th 2024 - I can say the service and professionalism from the leasing office is top notch. Aaron made my move in day so easy. The clear, concise and informative email communication allowed me to set up all my utilities in advance, make my initial payment in advance, and spelled out everything I needed to do ahead of time. Move in day was a breeze for me! Thanks to the staff in the office. My apartment was spotless upon move in. The unit itself (two bed / one bath) is large and just what I needed. The neighbors I have met so far have been quality people, friendly, kind and helpful. Overall this was a seamless move, I am 100% satisfied with my apartment. The staff here makes this a place that feels like home. I can't recommend Southwoods enough.”
“I love Lewis and Clark Apartments, the paperwork was a lot but everything will be worth the process. The leasing manager Mrs Smith was very nice and helpful. I can’t wait to move here and become part of the Lewis and Clark family.”
“I have been living here for over a month now (moved here for grad school), and I am beyond happy with my experience! I love my renovated apartment and all the awesome amenities, plus the staff are all so nice! Great location & security. Only complaint is the price of laundry, but not the end of the world when you consider the price of rent here compared to other places”
“Living in 3949, has been a great experience, the building has great amenities like the patio, outside bbq, social room with pin pong tables and billiard tables. Service wise, the staff is very friendly, always available and ready to help with any situation that might arise. It’s on a great location, 5 minutes from the busier part of the CWE, and 10 min from main sport and event venues in downtown.”
“I love living here! My neighbors are all nice and the pool is incredible in the summer. Parking is secure and I haven’t had any issues but keep in mind, it is the city. Maddie has been there for years and we all love her and the recent change in management has been a nice change from the prior company.”
“Great Place to Live. Friendly Office and Maintenance Staff. Kyle from Maintenance is Extremely Knowledgeable and can fix any issue. He is Dedicated and he knows the ins and outs of the property. Oh and 24/7 Laundry/Gym Amenities.”
“The Icon is an apartment complex that is amazing for college students living around the area. I personally have had wonderful interactions with the management. The icon management are very accommodating, kind hearted, and actually listen to any issues you may have while living there. On top of all of that, they are very affordable in the midtown area, especially for college students. I would highly recommend leasing for the icon and consider all they have to offer!”
“Tyler (the property manager) and Taylor have consistently demonstrated kindness in their interactions with me. They never fail to greet me with a smile when I walk in the door. If I have any concerns, they always have prioritized finding a solution. Although the apartment walls are not entirely soundproof, both Tyler and Taylor have been proactive in their efforts to enforce quiet hours and resolve any noise-related issues. Additionally, the amenities here are top-notch and the apartment complex is always being updated to ensure a comfortable living experience.”

10362 Old Olive Street Rd, St. Louis“I enjoyed living at Vanguard Heights for 4 years until a recent relocation and would have stayed longer if I could. Management was always friendly, and maintenance was quick to take care of any issues.”
“I lived here for two years and loved it. If I wasn’t moving back to my home state, I would stay here. Central AC, fireplace, spacious, bathroom in bedroom (I rented a 3 bed 2 bath), prompt maintenance team, and pet friendly! Barb and Karen are sweet too. If you’re thinking of moving here, this is your sign to do so ?”
“I'm giving a 5 star review but there have been issues. Issues aside, I don't see why this place has a (at the time of writing) 2.9 Stars.
While I didn't quite get along with some of the staff at first, the Property Manager, Courtney is absolutely amazing. This woman oversees something like 600+ apartments and townhomes (employees as well) and yet she responds quickly, she knows everything about the units and is just a great person. I cannot praise her enough and that is why my rating is so high. If you have a problem and you let her know it will be fixed immediately and I mean immediately. When we moved in, we had French doors to our deck. The deck and doors were pretty old and worn. I asked her to replace it and it was done within 2 weeks.
Problems like the 2nd story overheating in the summer can mostly be fixed if the large vent in the living room is clear of obstruction and vents in the lower floor are closed. These fixes have mostly* worked for us. It's extremely inefficient and LOUD and they should have them changed out, but I am sure they are working on it. We are a bit worried reading the reviews about the whole carpet stuff moving out, but I am sure they will treat us fairly like they always have.
Lastly, take the poor reviews with a pinch of salt. I'd say most of the reviewers aren't taking accountability and are instead blaming Georgetown. Also, if you're a tenant and have problems it is your duty to bring up issues to management, so the problems can be fixed. You can't just not say anything and then when stuck with a $700 charge for "blah blah blah", whine and moan and complain about issues you never gave someone the chance to fix. Grow up and take accountability and be smart. Speaking of intelligence, people need to do research and ask questions. Its common sense that if you move into any apartment/townhome community you are going to hear other people. If you move into a unit with someone above you, you're going to hear them just like if you move next to someone, you're going to hear them. These units weren't built yesterday, and they aren't concrete fallout bunkers in the middle of nowhere. Have some common sense and lower your expectations because this is reality. That or go sail to a small island where you can't hear other people lol. As well, if you choose to move into an older unit instead of an updated one because you're a broke b#$@.... that's YOUR problem.... not Georgetown's.
I guarantee from the conversations I've had with Courtney they are not trying to rob people; they are there to help!”
“I just applied for an apartment in this building, the application process seems really easy the lady at the front office was very professional and helpful so I hope they rush and pull my contract so I can move in”

12430 Whisper Hollow Dr, Maryland Heights“This community is very pleasant to live in.The maintenence staff is quick & responsive. Jeremy is a very knowledgeable & experienced individual who helped us understand the actual problem and resolved it.”
“I Love the unique nature of this property. The genuine factory feel, my very spacious 2 bedroom loft, the super dog friendly environment, management is very nice and responsive to problems, fun events and the cute pool make meeting your neighbors easier than most places. Not to mention, we’re in the middle of probably the best, most walkable neighborhood- Lafayette Park!”
8:30AM - 5:30PM
9015 Eager Rd, Richmond Heights“My fiancée and I are looking to move in the near future and Arrive Brentwood popped up on our search a couple of times. I finally decided to give the place a call and was pleasantly surprised with how professional and helpful Eric was. He answered our questions about the space, the amenities, the location and made it sound like such a wonderful place. We're looking forward to checking the place out in the future after the chat we had with him!”

“Midtown300 was my first home when I came to the US and I was living with my friend. The management was so kind and helpful in adding me to be my friend's roommate. When time came for me to be on my own, finding an apartment within the building was not as smooth as I did not have a credit history to really speak of and also I did not cut the income requirement so I had to find a cosigner unbeknown to me was the credit score requirement even for the cosigner. I eventually found a friend who was willing to assist and I got my beautiful view studio apartment on the 10th floor.I totally enjoyed living at The Midtown300 mainly because of the management team and maintenance. Michelle and Toni were an absolute delight to work with whenever I had an issue. The maintenance team was always prompt to respond even on weekends. The team always communicates when there are service outages (usually boilers or chillers). Which is the downside of having central air and heat, because then everyone suffers when the system is down. The team's communication is excellent and they make living here a blessing. They always are smiling and wave at you when you lock eyes walking past the offices. They also gave me great feedback when I decided I was moving out.I moved out because I needed more space at an affordable price. You see the major downside with Midtown300 is storage, you do not really get that much storage and you will probably need wardrobes, chest drawers and extra storage cabinets/shelves.The amenities were always kept clean and safe for use, they added new games for the backyard park and some boardgames to borrow for when you have friends over. The gym was my favorite place!Parking is free to residents as long as you have a parking card which MUST be displayed on your windscreen else your car will be towed by a third party! Visitors MUST always park on the Visitor parking section else face the same music with the third party towing co. They recently installed lighting for the parking lot which it hopefully increases security. Car break-ins were becoming rampant.overall, the midtown300 is a perfect place to live in and the management is excellent. Oh yeah, they gave me my deposit back very fast! Thank you Toni and Michelle, keep up the great work you are doing.”
“I love the management team and this apartment complex. We had an experience with our air conditioner going out, and the team came and found a quick solution to keep our family cool while they were fixing our air conditioning unit. Thank you, Carl, for always being someone that we can count on, and treating our family and the other tenants as you would want someone to treat yours. Thank you to the Westport Crossing team for creating a great environment and a safe place to call home.”
“I lived there for 6 months while in St Louis for work. You won't find a better deal in a nicer part of town. Steve was super cool and would deliver packages to my apartment that were dropped off while I was at work. It is dated, but everything worked fine. I only needed maintenance once while I was there, and they came the same day that I notified Steve I needed them. The furniture in the furnished unit was pretty nice too.”

2107 S Grand Blvd, St. Louis“Lived here for ~2 years, new management are trying, but what keeps me here are the unsung heroes that are the maintenance "team". They (Kevin) are constantly spread too thin on a building that needs more attention than one person can be expected to handle, and yet he always pulls it off in a timely manner with a smile, without exception. I look forward to seeing how they treat their team better before signing my next lease!”
“Villas at Brentwood
Located at 1800 South Brentwood Boulevard, V@B offers distinctive residences. I have lived here for eight months and am loving it. The maintenance staff always comes when I ask, immediately. I enjoy talking with the friendly, helpful residents and like meeting them as they walk their adorable canines on the grounds. Chatting with the management associates, Karen, Amber, and Melissa is always delightful.
