“I really had a nice experience. The owner’s wife is so friendly and personable. I was in and out, too. I didn’t rate 5 stars because there is a long wait for appointments. I had to wait over a week for my first appointment and had to find another shop for brake work because their wait time was too long. I guess that’s a good problem because they are a reputable business.”

“Yesterday was my first time at Cummins. Within an hour, they changed my oil, put air in all four tires, checked for leaks, replaced my filter, and washed my car (it was embarrassingly dirty ?)!I’d had A FEW bad experiences at my former shop, where they’d soiled my clothes seats and paint with oil. Cummins ensured the integrity of my vehicle by using plastic to cover my seats and a paper mat to protect the floor.I truly appreciate their service!”

They worked with me on payment options. This was a very expensive used engine and I felt confident dealing with OK Auto that they would honor their warranty if it came down to it. Fortunately, the engine was in great shape and runs perfectly! The engine was shipped fast, securely and all openings were plugged to prevent anything from entering during transit. I needed an extra part that they had but wasn't included with the engine and Justin was quick to ship it out to me at no cost. Truly a great experience! Happy to deal with them in the future.”

“Picture this — my husband, our 2 dogs, and I were passing through Jackson on our way to move our daughter into her apartment in Hattiesburg. We were in a borrowed Ford diesel truck pulling a Uhaul, and we heard a noise and then noticed that black smoke was coming out of the tail pipe. We stopped at Napa. No luck. We went in Autozone, and the salesperson there called Matt at PSP. Even though the shop was closed, Matt met us there. He had the part we needed and saved the day. If you have any issues with your diesel, this is who you need to call.”
