“I called approx. 30 other yards closer to me showing the part I needed available...they would on some occasions check (I guess?) and say it is no longer available or they would say they would check and call me back, never to hear from them again. I called MTD and Michael was very personable, he immeditely said it (7.3 idi fan shroud) is available, he then said let me go check and make sure it is as described and I will call you back. (I figured I would never hear from him again) Michael called me back within 5 minutes and the order was complete within another 5 minutes. Approx. 1 hour later Michael text me a picture of the invoice and tracking number for FedEx. 500 miles away the item arrived 2 days later, neatly packaged and as described. I have literally spent over 10 hours and a week wasting my time with other yards. I give them 5 stars (only because 10 was not availble). Thanks Michael & thanks MTD, I wish other yards had your ambition and had their act together. I would certainly recommend and I will buy from MTD again.”

“Awesome people to deal with. Broke down on my way from Florida home to Texas. They were able to fix the yoke on my driveshaft that broke. Replace my u-joints, carrier bearings and get me back on the road quickly. I've had several driveshafts built for 4x4s and these guys really know their stuff, if I lived closer I would use them for any of my driveshaft or gear needs. Very nice people to deal with and if you treat them right they will really take good care of you! Thanks again for getting the family and I back on the road and home safely!”

“The men here are always fast & professional. 3rd time coming here. Came in Monday morning when they opened & everyone was there ready to work. Came in for 2 tires but went ahead & got 4 for my Tahoe because their prices can’t be beat. They won’t hustle you here & try & upsale things you don’t need like the big places do. I was out in under a hour. Saturday mornings are their busiest, so try the weekdays if you are in a hurry.”

“We contacted Barnett's since the original shop that insurance chose was going to have to keep our car longer than we were comfortable with. Barnett's stated if we brought our car in on Monday they should be able to have it done by Friday of the same week as long as they didn't run into anything unexpected. They called at 1:00 on that Friday stating the car was done. The price stayed the same as what they quoted and they got the job completed on time and as they stated. We didn't have any issues and I would definitely use them again.”
