Seems like very poor customer service. As if they really don't care about their customers needs. I understand the retail business gets busy but if you aren't going to give me a chance to speak, why did you even answer the phone?”

They worked with me on payment options. This was a very expensive used engine and I felt confident dealing with OK Auto that they would honor their warranty if it came down to it. Fortunately, the engine was in great shape and runs perfectly! The engine was shipped fast, securely and all openings were plugged to prevent anything from entering during transit. I needed an extra part that they had but wasn't included with the engine and Justin was quick to ship it out to me at no cost. Truly a great experience! Happy to deal with them in the future.”

We deal with large machinery and diesel engines- and these guys can find us just about anything and have a tremendous amount of stock in store and at other local locations and warehouses. Prices are comparable and generally less expensive than other competition. We use their paint mixes in spray cans for spot spraying vehicles.”

“Yesterday was my first time at Cummins. Within an hour, they changed my oil, put air in all four tires, checked for leaks, replaced my filter, and washed my car (it was embarrassingly dirty ?)!I’d had A FEW bad experiences at my former shop, where they’d soiled my clothes seats and paint with oil. Cummins ensured the integrity of my vehicle by using plastic to cover my seats and a paper mat to protect the floor.I truly appreciate their service!”

“I can't find an ounce in me to give less than 5 stars. We brought our Toyota RAV4 in after we wrecked it and confirming our insurance will use them. Praise the Lord my wife was okay (always buy a Toyota!). We bought it only 5 months prior. Andy was a pleasure to work with, though he's overworked ;) and deserves a raise. It took a bit to get ours fixed, many parts were involved. After that was over, Andy called me stating it was ready for pick up and to bring the check. It's flawless, brand new. Wouldn't expect anything less after this experience. By the way, I spoke with the insurance 1 time before, and 1 time after. That's it... Andy handled the rest. I didn't lift a finger other than patience (which perfection requires!). 5 stars!Services: Painting”

He took the initiative to research the "fix" for my truck, as well as the correct use of the product that I purchased. Jacob's obvious knowledge, along with his personality and professionalism really helped because I was afraid that the truck would shut down while we're on the road. Jacob was polite, and confident about what he was talking about.I left feeling better.”
