“My wife went to Advance Auto Parts in Greenville, 633 US Highway 82, needing windshield wipers for our Volvo on January 25th 2024.The weather was extremely rainy and wet. The two guys at the store at 8:55 in the morning gave my wife excellent service!They helped her select the proper wipers and install them and made sure they worked correctly.I admit that I have been to this store previously and was not impressed with the level of service until now. These guys deserve five stars!We've lived in Greenville approximately 1 year, and we have been less than impressed with the level of service in this town, in general!It's really unusual to find people who really want to do the job right!”

“I was on my way to Florida from Arkansas when my car started to act up last Saturday, July 24. Pulled into their lot and my car completely shut down. They worked me in, discovered my entire serpentine belt was missing! Even though they were super busy, and closed at noon, they took care of me. Got the parts needed, fixed, and sent me on my way without breaking the bank. They went above and beyond to make sure I was back on the road that day. Super friendly and knowledgeable! “When you first walk in your not greeted and you have to wait to get any service but they are nice after all that and had to get a new battery then new head lights and they put the head lights on for me so I was happy with that, just not happy that they dont greet any of their customers when they come in.”
