They worked me in, discovered my entire serpentine belt was missing! Even though they were super busy, and closed at noon, they took care of me. Got the parts needed, fixed, and sent me on my way without breaking the bank. They went above and beyond to make sure I was back on the road that day. Super friendly and knowledgeable! “We were traveling in our Motor Home through Greenville, MS and developed a problem with our Diesel engine. A friend in the area recommended Triple D Diesel, as a good place to go. Once we got there I met with Robert (service manager) and it seemed like everyone stopped what they were doing just to help us. When traveling you are subject to anything and it's a great feeling when someone wants to help you. Robert and his mechanics were the best, they determined the problem and had it fixed the same day the parts arrived from Cummins.
