“We were 6 hours into our family vacation when we began to have car trouble. We stopped at the 1st Autoparts store we could to see what the problem was. Marcus, the manager, came out to assist, and from them moment, he never left us. He even looked on YouTube to try to help my husband fix the alternator. He told us he would not leave us and make sure we got safely back on the road. From letting us use tools we did have on us, getting his hands burnt, calling friends to help us, and finding the parts we needed. Marcus was a God sent that day to ensure that we were safe and God was watching over us. After 4 1/2hrs, we were on the road. Thank you for your kindness and selflessness to do everything to help us.
