I really appreciate the staff (I'm sorry, I forgot your name ?) that took his time to explain what will be done to my car for my estimate and how it felt wonderful that he didn't make me feel like I was asking stupid questions. He just made me feel welcomed and that it was just another event that happens as an adult. I've never felt that comfortable in another repair shop. Thank you for that!! “Don't try calling on the phone, there's not enough people there to be able to answer it. And, in general, they're operating on a skeleton crew here, so everything takes hours.You gotta schedule any tire work by appointment, due to COVID-19. And it's pretty much booked a week out.Pit stop oil change, $20, they just change the oil and that's it. No appointment necessary. But it can take up to 4 hours. And, if you show up within 3 hours of closing time, you can expect to be turned away because they're booked for the rest of the day.Timing is everything here. Usually, you have to wait in line for 20+ minutes, just to talk to someone. They need more people working the front counter!”
