“I like Lamettrys! In January I a car accident in my 2 month old car. Because my car was so new it was hard to get the parts quickly, so the repair took a long time, 2 months. But, I had a service rep, Andy, who called me every week to keep me updated on parts and the process. If I needed something from my car, he made it easy for me to get what I needed. Lamettrys is family owned and it has that kind of feel. Their customer service is excellent which is unheard of these days. I will definitely refer friends and family there.”

“About a year ago, I realized that I had a hole in the floor of my car behind the driver’s seat. I went to several shops to try to get an estimate to get it fixed, but they all said they would not even do the work. I found only two shops (this being one of them) that offered to do the work to fix the rust hole.Terry was able to give me a cost estimate that day by just bending over and looking under the car. He explained exactly what he intended to do for this unusual repair job (take out the seats, pull back the carpet, cut out the rust, bolt in a new sheet of metal, seal it, and add a protective finish underneath). He got me scheduled right away and did a great job fixing the hole in the floor.Just a month ago, I returned to the shop because I had another rust hole in the floor under the driver’s feet. I called Terry and explained my issue and he told me to drive over so he could give me an estimate. We scheduled a date to fix it a few weeks out because he wanted to work on it on the weekend when he would have less distractions. Unfortunately, the hole got bigger quickly so I called him back asking to get in sooner. I was very pleased that he was able to fit me in that very weekend.Same great service and he even took photos to show me how bad the rust was and what it looked like during and after the repair.Terry is great to work with, provides great service and at an unbeatable price! Both times, I was worried the cost would be much higher than the estimate bc he was providing the estimate before looking under the carpet, but he actually charged me just under the estimate both times! I will definitely return for my future auto body repairs!”

“I go here for Sprinter service for my camper van. I was quite happy with Sears Imports for service but they are very far away and their lot is ridiculously tight for maneuvering an RV. I switched to MB of SP when they started their Sprinter service and there were a few communication bugs at first in scheduling. That's all in the past and the multiple times I've been there since, everything has gone very well. I never felt overcharged and the service reps with whom I spoke have been very knowledgeable about Sprinter issues. I feel lucky to be able to get my Sprinter-based camper van serviced here.”
