“I bought a Porsche Panamera and shortly after someone took a crow bar to the hood and after failing to pry it open, they keyed the entire driver’s side from front to back. Raymond’s was highly recommended and the only recommended shop by other Porsche owners in Minnesota.It took several months to get an appt but I’m glad I waited. I received my car back yesterday looking better than when I purchased it. The detail work was done incredibly well, communication was easy as I texted directly with the person overseeing my car. They went above and beyond for me when I had a last minute emergency with my car needing mechanical work the day it was due to come in.I am so impressed with Raymond’s and would highly recommend without reservation. “This Man . He saved my life, my everything. My car died on me and I didn't have no way to find same part in the whole USA. I went to him hopeless but my problem was no problem to him. After a few hours he gave me my alternator and he didn't seem to have confidence in my judgement for him. He said he fixed it and all I could wish is I wish I knew how to do flips of joy. If I tried I would land head down. I went home and installed the same I had since mine was 4x bigger than what they currently make. I was able to have my limo running. “After stopping at many salvage yards in the metro area on a regular basis due to work related matters pertaining to used auto parts I can safely say Apex is the apex when it comes to customer service, price, kindness, virtually every other factor of a high functioning human experience. The wait time is always less than a minute, everybody knows why your there, (not like many places where the employees never seem to talk to teach other because only 1 person knows anything), what they say over telecommunication is consistent with close proximal communication, the prices are extremely reasonable.. there might have been one time out of dozens where they were in the process of moving parts around and couldn't locate something which they were able to inform you in short order, rather than waiting around for 15+ minutes to find out, proving that they are indeed human and not some artificial intelligence created through a consortium of how to run a salvage yard to absolute perfection.”

I'm in trucking and any time I need a starter or alternator, this is my first stop.I have older trucks so a lot of the time my starter or alternator has been discontinued by the manufacturer, and all of the stock has already been bought up around the country years ago.Instead of rummaging through junkyards or getting scammed by spammy websites that say they have the part in stock when they really don't, I just bring the old unit in and have it rebuilt. Sometimes they even have brand new aftermarket units on hand as well.For my small trucking company, time is of the essence so its good to know of a place that I can get my original unit rebuilt with lightning fast turn around, like new quality, and solid warranty. They also do testing on site just to be sure that the old unit is indeed bad, and also to be double sure the new or rebuilt unit is working properly before I bring it back to the truck to install it. Can't ask for much more than that.Thanks a ton fellas, and also thank you in advance for the next time I'm on the side of the road with a dead alternator, I'll see you then!”

“This place is great for the body repairs on older cars. If you need a place to replace a fender cheap on an older car, they do a great job cheap. A few years ago my wife's hood flew up on highway on her 01 Chev Prsim. Our insurance company totaled it out and would not repair it. These guys were able to find a used hood but in good condition and fix the fender for under $400. Recently I brought my older Chev Suburban to them. The fender had rusted under the flare and it flew off while going down the highway. They were able to find used already painted to match fender with flare on it. The whole thing only cost me about $200. Also they gave me military discount.”
