“I bought a Porsche Panamera and shortly after someone took a crow bar to the hood and after failing to pry it open, they keyed the entire driver’s side from front to back. Raymond’s was highly recommended and the only recommended shop by other Porsche owners in Minnesota.It took several months to get an appt but I’m glad I waited. I received my car back yesterday looking better than when I purchased it. The detail work was done incredibly well, communication was easy as I texted directly with the person overseeing my car. They went above and beyond for me when I had a last minute emergency with my car needing mechanical work the day it was due to come in.I am so impressed with Raymond’s and would highly recommend without reservation. Extra bonus points for their yummy snack bar just as a silver lining to an exceptional business with the best service and work in the state!”

“Came in for XPEL XR Plus Ceramic Tint and the Pristine team completed my car within a few hours from the time I called to see if they could take me same day to finish They were able to answer my many questions as well as accommodate my many demands in an efficient & timely manner. I went with Full Ceramic 30% all around including the windshield and full rear window to be done in a 1 Piece to avoid that pesky line that appears when people try to blend in the factory roof tint to the rear window tint.The Pristine team was friendly and awesome with nothing short of excellent service. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any work.”

“A couple weeks ago another driver backed in to me, his insurance needs a quote. His insurance gave me their Selected Businesses but my mom used Wayne-Val @ her work & highly recommended them. Plus I am always a supporter of local/small business. On my way home I noticed the time and thought I would pop in to ask for an estimate appointment. I entered the office to owner Joe & told him what I would be requesting. Joe kindly suggested we step outside and estimate the damage. I showed him the few small defects; he noted that the headlight placement had been damaged and that likely all repairs would be roughly $2100. I asked if they did loaner cars during the repair? They do not, but if it's the other persons insurance they should allow a rental car. I discussed the "Selected Service Shops" the insurance had suggested. He stated that those places are usually commission based and that Wayne-Val is just him, his wife & brother-in-law compared to larger shops that are 20+ associates. I feel confident in leaving my vehicle w Wayne-Val and will do another yelp/update this one once I have actually had my vehicle repaired. I appreciated that Joe quoted me a realistic 19 February as what I'd be looking at for a service date. I mostly appreciated that Joe told me some of the questions that the insurance may ask, such as: do I approve used parts? He said I don't have to say yes and he wouldn't recommend used parts and it could only save insurance a couple hundred dollars. Thanks Wayne-Val for a wonderful and knowledgeable customer service experience!”

I went down there Dave gave me an estimate which I thought was very fair made an appointment went back and dropped it off . I got an call a few days later I went down to pick it up . The paintwork was fantastic they even buffed out some scratchs on the other side of the car and detailed it. Needless to say I was thrilled by the work dave and his crew did”
