“What a stand up company! The People they have working for them. I started off working with Stu and getting pre qualified for a construction loan. He introduced me to Sarah Kostialto to do a Heloc loan on my exsisting home as my money down for the construction loan. Well the builder had price increases of over 100,000 so I was not going forward. I ended up working with Sarah on still doing a Heloc and just doing some remodeling and up grades on my house. SARAH is amazing worked around my schedule made things easy and came to my work to close... In a day and time where customer service just seems to be out the door or a thing of the past. Assoiated Bank has two out standing people who give some hope that great customer service and honesty still does exsist... Thank you Sarah, Stu and Assoiated bank!!! I might not have gotten my new home I wanted . But I will now have my dream home I wanted in my exsiting house after the re model!!!!”

Starting with the teller, then the manager, then a banker each went above and beyond to complete the difficult task of correcting errors in our accounts that had been caused at another branch. I am grateful for all their help.While we were there, I also witnessed another customer become incensed for having to wait a minute or two to be served, and the entire staff handled it calmly and professionally. I will gladly go to this branch in the future when I need help with our accounts.”

“It’s a very small place and hard to find from the outside. You have to go inside L&B but once inside the front door, you’ll see it on the left. The representative that helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. I probably wouldn’t come here for big tasks such as opening an account for the first time, because there isn’t too many people working at the same time. But it’s a pretty convenient location and everything worked out well in my experience.”

I am not a customer but my father is and i brought him there today to help him get some forms for his VA benefits filled out. It was 15 minutes before closing and Brandi took care of everything and made my day much easier even tho she was new. “Let me tell you about this bank. They are amazing! This is old-school customer service. When you call the branch, an actual human being answers the phone! When you say who you are, they say, “Oh hi! How can I help you?” Then - now get this - they actually help you! I’ve never walked in there and had someone tell me they don’t know and give me that blank look. If they don’t know, they find someone who does. My contact person at my branch actually replied to my email while she was on vacation! (Which I would never expect but is certainly lovely). I seriously love doing business with this bank. And I’m hard to please - I usually hate everyone. This business is really amazing. 10/10 highly recommend.”
