“New building is spacious inside. No line when we were there on a Wednesday. They have a coin counting machine (the small US Bank location further east on Lake St does not) so my daughter was happy to have her coins transformed into cash (including a crisp $2 bill). I was able to get an appt on-the-spot to set up a CD with a good APY and Flor was delightful to work with. She even invited us to use the coffee/tea station when we were finished. My daughter gives the hot cocoa 2 thumbs up. We’re happy to have a USBank in our neighborhood!”

“We went to this branch about 2 months ago to open up account for my spouse. Within minutes we were greeted by the Branch Mananger, Ronke Oyinloye. She helped us open checking account not only for my spouse but also for me in a very short period of time. She was super nice to us and very knowledgeable, guided us about different products that the bank was offering and explained about everything that we needed to know. We were very lucky to have her on that day.I wanted to give 5 stars review to this branch but because of the bank's policy, I had to deduct a star because of 2 things:1. When opening account, we have to deposit a min balance and for that, the bank couldn't use our debit cards from other banks to deposit the funds. (Only cash was accepted)2. We had to use an atm that was in the branch and the fees were a bit high like $4. (plus the existing bank charged us for some other fees).Apart from this, all the staffs seemed very nice.”

Love the huge grocery selection! Love the artwork on the wall as you walk in! Has a Wine And Spirits and a Starbucks inside! I normally shop at the Crystal Target or a Super Target in either Plymouth or Knollwood.”
