“The Apple Valley location has really nice staff. They always greet with a smile and set me off away in a good mood. If you join, you get a gift and it changes every month. If you in your old banks card and checks you get $5. When your family joins they also get gifts. They have an app where you can deposit your checks with pictures and Zelle anyone which reduces my phone space. They have been nice enough to forgive overdrafts fees when my work had direct deposit issues. They also have overdraft protection where they just charge you 22.00 for overdrafts.”

“Just purchased two fabulous ribeye steaks.I will be making Steak au Poivre for Christmas Eve.First time trying this recipe. The meal turned out like I was a 5 star chef. Holy cow it was good.However I think those two ribeyes made the meal.Juicy, flavorful, almost as good as the butter knife steak at a famous Minneapolis steak house.Sounds like I’m bragging, but that meal was excellent.Please look at the pictures I’ve posted.Believe it or not, the taste was better than the pictures. “Other branches are like standard franchise offerings: probably won't screw up your order too badly. This branch is like a fancy steakhouse hidden in a weird strip mall: roughly half of the people who work here have been there for years and years and are EXPERTS, but everyone is always sad. ....that said, US Bank is still...ehhh. The least bad? of the Big 3 consumer banks in the area. So basically it's like the least terrible of your farts. Upside: ATMs everywhere. Downside: The sad, sad branches with their sad, sad employees. tl:dr if for some reason you MUST be a part of a big bank instead of a credit union, go to the Edina 50th branch because they'll try and make it the best for you. Like actually, not like in that stupid perky company line way.”

Despite a technical hang up due to a rain storm in the area, she got me what I needed to process an insurance check — saving me much hassle and an out-of-the-way journey to another branch.
