“Have had my stuff in this storage for over a year now due to housing and it's been great.Only problem I had was I couldn't remember my code to get in and the office was closed due to it being a Sunday and I had trouble getting my code.Called the # and they told me since I didn't know my 1st unit # they couldn't tell me my code.Called a second time and the 2nd lady helped me better then the 1st lady and I got the code and was able to get in.”

This is probably the only place I ever go where they’ll unload you before your appointment time. They take the freight whenever you get there. Unloading is always under an hour. “Arrived on Sunday at 1430 they closed early. Checked in 0655 Monday paperwork in hand at 0900 that I was empty. Employee said they generally only do outbound loads on Sundays unless they can squeeze you in otherwise they try to shut shop up early to see their family.”

“I had a storage unit with Acorn St. Paul for a year and a half. I stored the contents of a 2 bedroom apartment, including furniture and a 4' x 6' original oil painting. All was stored in an above ground level of the old Saint Paul Post Office, which was super secure, dry and seemed totally free from rodents. I have gone on to recommend this facility to anyone who has asked for a storage referral. 100x better than a ground floor, garage facility I rented from in Woodbury. Sara is also top notch and was always been super quick to answer any questions I had. I wouldn't store my belongings anywhere else if I ever end up needing the service again.”

“I can start right away by saying that Kevin saved my bacon! I won’t go into detail, but it was a very difficult situation and I was at the end of my nerves and the business was officially closing, but Kevin just kept really patient and helped me to get sorted out to where I wasn’t worried about anything at the end of the whole process! I can say that because of him I would choose this business (even at higher prices) because you get someone who knows how to run a business and still take care of customers and that’s not always easy; especially in my case! Kevin got me sorted out so that I was able to get a better storage unit and then trusted me to hold up an agreement (which I will honor)! So I really am grateful he put a deal together that I could still afford in the end, because Thais was a fragile time for me when I was literally starting to count the dollars I had left in my checking account! So if your looking for a storage solution search no further and you can sleep better knowing there are professionals there who can provide great solutions if you ever get into a situation!”

“I have been storing here for the past 10 years and I am very happy with it, it is always clean and the office management is very helpful. It is a safe place to store your stuff as it is climate controlled and the security features they have are really nice. I like that the office is open Monday through Saturday..but you have access 7 days a week with your entry code.They have discounts for 6 and 12 month pre-pay which is really nice too.”

“I booked The Move Crew for a 7:30 am move on October 2. They arrived promptly and got right to work. I was moving from a 3rd floor walk up, so lots of stairs, but Sam, Pete, and Josh had me out of my old apartment by 9 am. They were super efficient, courteous, and fast while still taking good care of my items. The new place is on the first floor, so no real steps, but it has some narrow doorways and odd angles. Not a problem for these guys. All in all my move took a little less than three hours which made it significantly lower in cost than I'd anticipated. This is my second time using The Move Crew and I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers.”
