There were multiple customers and challenges, such as trucks not being returned on time for the next customer (me) or the exit being blocked by a semi truck unrelated to the business. She handled it all with grace and excellent customer service, figuring out a solution to each challenging situation. I was impressed.”

“Loved the convenience of being able to pick up the truck in the early morning, but struggled with the combination lock. It was like something from the Amazing Race and I was incredibly glad I had someone there who knew you had to spin the dials multiple times before entering the code. I disliked their limited hours in the afternoon on a Saturday, but Uhaul helped me out with some issues I had with the rewritten return. I would definitely use them again, but with the caveat of only picking up and dropping off when someone was IN their office.”
