“I was very impress this morning with the extra space storage facility. I liked how the store manager, Mia, made me feel welcome and wanted to do business with me and my daughter Cassandra. She has a great personality dealing with people and wants to make sure she answers all of our questions and understand how things work around there. The facility was clean and easy layout to get around when you need to store boxes. I like how you can go in your car inside the building and take care of things there instead of unloading outside. “We had a 40' container delivered for a long-term storage solution on a non-paved lot and couldn't have imagined a better setup - particularly given the wet weather in Wisconsin during the fall of 2023 - followed by the snow and intermittently freezing temperatures... it was beginning to look doubtful if the location would work this year. However, Kole and the team (including the dispatcher and driver) at Big Blue Boxes managed to find a window to get it done - and perfectly situated in a fairly difficult location! The container looks excellent, as well, with ample room for everything as planned. They did a spot-on job with the new container delivered as hoped for when it was purchased.We would very highly recommend the team at Big Blue Boxes for any storage solution and delivery needs and will look them up again in the future if the need arises. I think everyone involved was very happy with the results!”

“Have had my stuff in this storage for over a year now due to housing and it's been great.Only problem I had was I couldn't remember my code to get in and the office was closed due to it being a Sunday and I had trouble getting my code.Called the # and they told me since I didn't know my 1st unit # they couldn't tell me my code.Called a second time and the 2nd lady helped me better then the 1st lady and I got the code and was able to get in.”

“I think they have some sort of protocol to follow for those late or none payment rental. If you miss a month and you also late on the 2nd. By the time your pin or key is block and you don't have access to your rental stall. What they do is cut your lock and pretend like someone break into it.. then they will call you to see if you will go see what's missing. If you do want to go see there is noway you can get inside without making payment when they call you to tell you that you unit got broke into or got rampage. so that's when you paid the month of you miss and the current late month. That's the only way you to get in. If you didn't paid or bother to go check. I would said how long you didn't show up or go see. That's when they either auction your stuff of lock you out for good for none payment. Smh...”

“Steve is very responsive, accommodating and keeps a clean and dry facility which seems very secure. We have had various storage areas due to children moving in and out and it’s been great having a space to store their things between moves. We have used another storage businesse in the past where the ceiling was not secure and someone peeled back the chicken wire and appeared to be staying there. Nothing was taken but some furniture was damaged as they climbed up on things to get in and out. Didn’t have this concern with Summit Storage.”

“Floor installers came to fix my floors downstairs. They refused to do any work until furniture was moved. They weren't clear that this needed to be done before hand. Called Pro Movers and was pleasantly surprised. They came out that afternoon moved both bedrooms taking care to wrap and tape everything with furniture pads. They returned with my bedroom furniture two days later laying mats down the stairs and into the hallways not messing up the new laid floors on return. Thomas was easy to work with and has a great disposition. The movers I have worked with in the past were sloppy, in a rush and careless. Thomas and his company treat your furniture better than he would his own.”

“Can't say enough nice things about this place. Customer service was great, price was good, the move was outstanding!We stacked things in the container, knowing FOR SURE they're going to shift, and flop all over, but it was 330am and we had to get all our stuff moved immediately and had no choice. Nothing shifted. Nothing moved. Everything was exactly the way we left it in the container. Unreal.It's pretty cool to watch the guy load and unload. He has a remote controlled pallet jack thing, which was interesting to watch. It's cool though, the container isn't getting put on and off at a 45 degree angle, so nothing's shifting.Yeah, all in all I really liked the company, and we'd totally use them again”

The facility is laid out in a sensible manner and carts are always available and where you expect them.
